Every time they were prompt and they got the job done at a fair and reasonable price. Most recently my daughters electrical outlets in her room went dead. The gentleman who came out searched for 3 hours to try to find the source. He finally did in her closet. Most would be very frustrated at that point but not this gentleman (sad to say I forgot his name). I heard horror stories of how ppls walls were ripped up etc. trying to find a short. We are so thankful for their kind service and will call them again and again for any electrical needs.

We had some plumbing completed by Gold Star Plumbing and they referred us to Spartan Electric. When we get great service we appreciate their work and who they would recommend. When we asked for electrician they immediately said "SPARTAN". That means a lot, and we were not disappointed. We made an appointment and were looking forward to meeting them. Ryan and his assistant arrived on time and completed the original job and were even available to complete some additional electrical work we wanted to do. The pricing was more than fair and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased to have not only a job well done, but we met two individuals who gave us a great welcome to Tennessee! Anyone looking for quality electrical services, we highly recommend Spartan Electric !

After another week without hearing from them, my husband fixed it himself. We were told by the woman in the office that the parts, service charge and workers' charge would be $500. We got a bill for $710. I called to see why it was more than quoted. Was told only the owner, Joe could answer that, but he never called. I called back several times and he was never in the office. Didn't pay the bill for 3 months because I was still waiting for his call, he didn't seem too concerned. He was also supossed to come give us an estiment on new furnances, he never showed up for that either. So after a month of no heat, and my husband fixing the problem, we were charged $200 more and never did get an explantion. Will NEVER use this company again!!!

He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. He was retire military and in the Plummer union. Super outstanding man. I will call on this gentleman who fix my master bathroom for future fixes. Thanks Andrew!

This was a mixed bag. I had high hopes for these guys based on Yelp. The reviews are great. Even…read morethough the Yelp sent out bid requests to several other plumbers, I had already settled on Shaver based on the reviews. I asked for an estimate when I called their office to set an appointment. I was told there would be an $89 trip/diagnostic charge and then they would charge me for the work, which they said they would tell me once the service tech checked out my issue (Leaky outdoor faucet). So I was fine with that because I had a degree of trust since the reviews were so good. And I had received a flat rate estimate by then from a competitor for $220. So I'm thinking in the ballpark of $200 which was fine. The guys who came over were on time, personable and professional. I liked them. However when they were finished estimating the service, it came to $489. This was just too far out of the realm of possibility that I just paid them the diagnostic fee and am having a friend come do the faucet replacement for me. $50 part and I'll grill some burgers.

My wife and I had been wanting a Generac stand-by generator system for years. As we got older that…read morewant morphed into a need. Shane (owner of Mac's Wired) did some electrical work for my son on his new home a few hundred feet down the road from us. I went over to ask Shane about a Generac system, as he is a licensed Generac installer. Shane was more than helpful and a week later we set up a "walk through" to assess our exact needs. Based on Shane's expert advice we settled on a 26KW unit to power our home and sizeable workshop. The process couldn't have been easier. In addition to a very detailed itemized price list, Shane took care of all the permits and inspections with the county, power company and propane company contacts. The equipment was initially slow in coming due to a heavy demand nationwide, but Shane kept us informed weekly of the equipment progress. Finally on that wonderful day he and his outstanding crew showed up right on time and set to work immediately. By noon the generator was in place and hooked up to our electric panel. Shane had already scheduled the final inspection by the county and we were set within a few days. Our new underground propane tank came within a day or two and once hooked up, the Generac performed flawlessly. In addition to our generator Shane and crew needed to correct subpar wiring installed by a previous owner that was NOT up to code. Shane's rapport with the inspector in this matter was great and it was obvious by the way they interacted that the inspector was well acquainted with and respected Shane's high caliber work. Shane was very thorough explaining how the entire system works and about how every generator he installs is monitored 24/7 by him personally. If there's ever a problem he gets an immediate alert and he's on it. A few months later I needed ethernet cable pulled from my garage panel out to my aforementioned shop. Shane, although very busy with a backlog of much bigger jobs, still found time to come back and install the ethernet cable at a very reasonable cost. And now we're penciled in for a few ceiling fans in the future. To sum up, you'd be hard pressed to find a better electrician and crew to handle any electrical project or problem you might have. Shane and his crew do excellent work, ON TIME, ALWAYS up to code, and competitively priced. So, to put it mildly- We are customers for life! John and Cheryl Knight Portland, Tn.
