Completely unacceptable to change the time so close to the original agreed time. Every two weeks we pay $160 for floors and bathrooms only. They don't rotate baseboards, air vents, shower liners, or outside windows. Twice now, they have completely skipped a room. The very first time we paid for the deep clean, the bathroom floor went completely untouched, with brown dirt showing clearly on the white tile floors. Many times there have been spider webs and dust clearly shining in the sunlight. Don't waste your money here.

When it turned out the belly dump wouldn't fit into my backyard, I fully expected there to be an additional charge to get the material back there. Instead, they simply transferred everything into his dump trailer and got straight to work--no extra fees, no hesitation. They removed all of my trees without any upcharges, showed up on time, and were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Any issues that came up were addressed immediately and without complaint. Every company should strive to be this customer-focused. I'm genuinely impressed with this group of guys and would absolutely recommend reaching out to them for a quote. They handle a wide range of work--fencing, buildings, landscaping, and more. I won't pretend to know everything they offer, but those were the services I asked about.
