We were given a nice selection of handguns to rent and went with the Glock 48. It was a little too big for me but great for my partner! Clay, our guide was AMAZING! Knowing it was my partners first time, Clay was able to give a quick lesson and some great tips. He actively engaged with us and waited to see how the first couple of shots were. Needless to say, my partner was a natural with the help of Clay! Overall wonderful customer service, clean facility, all staff was welcoming, and we had FUN! Will definitely come back and try out some bigger selections. Covid: masks are optional here! Thank you so much Clay we hope to be back soon!

Please don't do business with these people!…read more They just stole $600 from me that I really didn't have... I put a $900 rifle on layaway with them. In the first couple weeks I put $600 down, then got laid off. I immediately let them know what happened. They said hopefully unemployment won't take too long. Here it is 4 months later, I finally find out I have an appointment with TWC next week. So I go check in with them. They apologized and tell me it's been too long, and the rifles gone. I ask about the money I put towards it. They tell me there's no refund, and no store credit ! No partial credit! It's just gone ! And it's not like I haven't been a long time customer of theirs. I've probably bought close to a dozen guns from them in the past. I've used their layaway before, and always paid it off within a couple weeks. I just never thought I'd lose my job, and be making LESS than a quarter what I used too. Now you may be reading this, thinking "so what, my jobs secure" well I urge you to consider the character of the people you're considering doing business with. If they're willing to steal from someone who just lost their job, What else are they willing to do to make a buck? Like their little bags of "bulk ammo" you sure that's not 5 times reloaded brass? Who knows with people like this? Who knows how well they go over firearms before they sell them to you? And if you think I'm just bitter, well I am, however if you search my reviews you'll see this is my second EVER negative review. Usually if I have bad service somewhere I just don't go back. PS I always went there to support local businesses, and they usually have a good selection; however just about EVERY firearm they sell you can get cheaper online if you'll wait a week. You just go to another mor reputable dealer in town, and they'll charge you a $20-$25 FFL transfer fee. You have to wait a week, but end up saving a hundred bucks. Thats like buy a couple and get one free compared to shopping there.

If you're even mildly interested in comics, you should not be buying from anyone but Collector's…read moreDen. In addition to having the largest selection of ongoing series in Wichita Falls, Collector's Den also has the largest selection of back issues. The owner Andrew (not me) is very knowledgeable, and he is great at helping you find a book that you will like. I feel like it's a natural geek tendency to shy away from help whenever someone at a store asks if you need any. Pro-tip: don't. Had my partner and I declined his help, we would have missed out on Saga. SAGA!!! Can you even imagine? Because I can't without feeling a papercut's worth of sadness. If you play Magic the Gathering and are particularly interested in Standard, then you should not be going anywhere else but Collector's Den. While there are other venues more suited for eternal formats, Standard is alive and well at Collector's Den. Friday Night Magic always draws a good sized and varied crowd. Pre-releases and Game Days are large affairs for this town, attracting dozens of Magic players every time. X-Wing seems to getting more popular, and Force of Will has a decent following as well. Collector's Den is not a place that tries to spread its focus too thinly, and so if you want a generic geekshop with stuff from licenses often referenced in The Big Bang Theory, then you might be a tad disappointed. Sure, its got a few geeky shirts, an assortment of POP figures, action figures, and a decent selection of board games, but Collector's Den's bread and butter is definitely comic books and trading card games.

When I first walked in, I was highly impressed. I had know idea they had moved all of this product in here. I'll get more pics up soon. It's like walking into a NYC Bodega. Very clean, peacefully quiet. Offering most everything you'd find at a local convenience store. Met Pete, I'll assume he's the owner. Very nice guy. The outside has you fooled. It used to be a full on BBQ restaurant, now a convenience store, and from outside it's hard to tell unless you look really close. I ordered a pizza and wings. Not long at all the items were ready. I killed time looking around the store, so I know what to look for if I need it in near future. Pizza and wings were very much to my liking, taste as good as any other Hunt Brothers. I'll definitely be back. THEY DO HAVE A DRIVE-THRU WINDOW.
