I almost didn't come here because of some of the reviews, and I am so glad I didn't listen to them. I truly have no idea why anyone would write something negative about this place. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely cared for. I have never been to an endoscopy center that goes above and beyond the way this one does. They put a movie on for me while I was getting my fluids, constantly reassured me, and explained everything in detail multiple times so I felt comfortable and informed. In the procedure room, they even played music for me. When I was scared to go under, they held my hand and gently rubbed my head to comfort me. That meant more to me than I can explain. After the procedure, they hand-fed me a drink, checked on me, and even gave me a hug before I left. I honestly want to cry thinking about how much care and compassion I was shown. Dr. Richard R. I would give 0 stars if I could. we arrived an hour prior to my husbands appointment as instructed and at 40 minutes PAST his appointment we are still sitting here. To have your patients going over 36 hours without food is cruel. Do your schedulIng better so you aren't "running behind". read more

I called to set up an appointment for pre procedural consultation. Seems the only way to set an appointment is through the automated voice response system. I don't believe that quality professional health care begins with an impersonal robotic voice. I did ask to speak to a live personal agent, but the phone just rings and rings and rings. I am a recently retired chemical engineer. I had my first colonoscopy as a precautionary measure. The whole experience there was excellent. I am afraid of needles and the nurse putting the IV in was effective and showed empathy and we had fun talking about the football games the past weekend. I waited only a short time to get the procedure done. The doctor, nurse, and anesthesiologist were in the room and they took time to answer questions I had about the procedure, about the anesthesia used, and what polyps really are and why you need a regular checkup to prevent future cancers. I woke up from the process and was fine, received a printed report of exactly what they found and fixed, and then went home and also had some great french fries from Mc Donald's on the way home. I give this organization 5 stars. read more

I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews but had as pleasurable of experience as could be expected. Obviously, this isn't a spa day and after the day of prep beforehand, I was expecting it to be horrible. From the time I got there, I was treated well and everything was expedited and I went back earlier than my appointment. Everyone there was nice and treated me with dignity despite this being a place you kind of loose it all. When I went back to the room, things were fast paced but I didn't feel it was rushed. When I came too after, the nurses were helpful and guided me through the rest of the process. They assisted me with my cloths, gave me plenty of clean warm wet towels to clean off with and made the overall experience enjoyable. Yeah, I would recommend them if you have to get this done. read more

Despite the nice staff, I will never go here again. Most horrific... post procedure gown and bedding soiled and last assistant didn't bother to give me anything to wipe down with before hurriedly grabbing my underwear and shorts, throwing them on me and getting me in the wheelchair. I was too out of it to realize what was going on because unlike most, I ended up throwing up stomach bile and biting my tongue during my colonoscopy--I don't blame the doctor or staff for that, it's rare but it happened. I'm just saying I didn't wake feeling rested and dealt with harsh coughing that caused pain in my chest and throat. I also could barely speak because the incident affected even my voice. It's still in and out a day later. Anyway, It's like they overbooked on purpose to rush as many through the assembly line as possible, yet it was more hurry up and wait. I had to be at the clinic at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:15 only to be directed to the waiting room... and my mom and I didn't get called to the window until 30-45 minutes later. Then another 45 minutes passed before I was taken back and put in a gown. After a couple minutes I was brought to a room with five other pre-patients and given an IV. I was in the pre-procedure wait area for over an hour and a half. My full IV bag was down to just 1/4 full by the time I got wheeled back for the colonoscopy. To me, the outside of the building is lovely but the inside isn't very clean and objectively run down. The post procedure rooms and halls are too narrow for the oversized wheelchairs used for patients regardless of size. I'm more upset about being left soiled than anything. I felt disgusted and sick to my stomach and helpless. When I told my family they were upset for me. Like I said, I was hurting from a rare occurrence so I was in no position to stand up for myself or even think on the spot. Stay away if possible! read more

Terrible place. They were running three hours behind, but failed to tell anybody. We spent the entire day there waiting for my father to be released when he was supposed to be finished at one. The woman at the front desk seemed to take pleasure and telling me that she couldn't give me an ETA on when my father would be finished. Went in for a colonscopy and all went well. The staff were all amazing. They made me feel comfortable and endured I had what I needed. They explained everything that would take place and what I might experience. It's certainly a busy place but, they are very organized and I saw them give patients the best treatment while in their care. They were on time and friendly. The place is not a new facility so keep that in mind however, the employees were all very helpful and friendly. And Dr. Dobhan is top notch, he took time to explain your results were and even how to prep. read more

Accomplished a colonoscopy on 5 Aug 2025. Prior to my appointment I was well briefed on preparation procedures as well as a phone call prior to the procedure to ensure I understood my prep. Showed at 9 for a 10 appointment. After filling out the IPAD with questions and handing it back to the receptionist I was called back within 10 minutes of sitting back down in the waiting room. My wife was informed she could leave but be within 10 minutes of the facility. She was told Dr. would call her after procedure then would receive another call when I was ready for pick-up. and the whole procedure would take about 3 hours. I discharged just prior to the 3 hour point. I found all personnel I came in contact with to be professional, focused and customer oriented. Appeared to me all the workers enjoyed their work because they were smiling. Was totally prepped after being led back and received a warm welcome including a warm blanket. Was in the pep area (nice chair) approx 15-20 minutes but was told their was one patient before me. Was led back to the procedure room and the anesthesiologist was excellent in explaining all the details then met the Dr. Overall my experience was pleasant and I found the Center to be very efficient yet caring. Efficient operation with friendly staff and a good team of doctors. They are very high volume here but still keep things moving through 60-100 procedures daily. Second time here and satisfied with both trips. Recommend and will return if and when needed. read more

The staff are great and I have no complaints about them. When you check in they tell you that your driver has to leave. It takes about two and a half hours and there were a bunch of very unhappy people prowling the parking lot. They do not inform you of this beforehand. Do not go there. There are many other places you can get a colonoscopy done. read more

I have to say the Yelp reviews are incredibly wrong. I had a colonoscopy today for the first time at this center after moving here 3 years ago from NJ. My NJ facility was awesome, and I was a little skeptical after reading the Yelp reviews although I had complete faith in my physician, Dr. Adkinson. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and caring. It was truly a first-class experience. The reviews on Yelp seem to be more COVID centered where I believe everyone was simply frustrated at what facilities like this had to do to keep patients safe. I wish people took the time to write reviews when they are angry or disappointed. Please take the time to recognize great staff and take into consideration that these health care providers/professionals have an incredibly challenging job keeping us all safe. If you have to wait which incidentally, I did due to some difficult procedures they faced today, thank God it wasn't you they had to help instead of complaining about the wait. If it were my loved one they were helping I would be grateful they weren't rushing through any procedure just to keep anyone from waiting. read more

Never again. 2 day miserable prep, trip to ER post procedure, aspiration pneumonia and a fib, 5 days in the unit. This place is a nightmare. Doctor was only concerned about how good he did! Told my husband all the good news, then told him I wasn't doing well, and they had to call an ambulance. They wouldn't let him see me. Suffice it to say, if I ever had to do it again, I'd find a surgeon that does them in the hospital setting, not a place that is like herding cows. Arrived one hour early as directed! Waited over an hour for someone to call my name. What turned into a two hour procedure turned into over five hours! Once I got to the prep area I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Heather. She has no people skills not friendly actually no one in that area could of cared less. They to busy watching TV program. Waited in that area an hour. In the procedure area went as well as it could go. Medical personal were nice and very professional. I had multiple calls about co-pays prior to my procedure, but not one call checking to see if I understood how to prepare for it, which has been the standard, in past experiences. If you are taking care of someone else, they force you to wait in your car, with the engine running, the whole time (approximately 2.5 hours). They won't let you remain in the waiting room, even with covid vaccinations and masks. And they won't allow you go more than 10 minutes away from the procedure, in case they need you. With the heat outside I have to turn the car on. It's just so wasteful to sit in the car and burn gas on a super hot day. read more

I brought my daughter in law for a procedure. I myself have been a patient at this joke of a facility. Your staff has the worst attitudes and it didn't change from seven months ago since my visit. I would recommend going elsewhere. It took over an hour to be called back. Once I got back there, they asked me questions, stuck an IV in, and left me sitting in an uncomfortable chair for an hour and a half. None of the nurses in that area cared at all that I had been sitting there waiting that long. They all totally ignored me the entire time, and all I could do was sit there with my IV and listen to their "gossip," which I thought was extremely unprofessional. There is no patient privacy, and the place was not clean. These people couldn't care less that you have to prep for these procedures (mine was a colonoscopy), and they don't care that you haven't eaten in hours. Seems they overbook and run behind, and no one bothered to tell me the doctor was running behind. Extremely unprofessional place and awful experience. Saw the doctor for maybe a full minute, and that was it. He seemed in a rush, and I'm sure that was because they were so far behind. I will say that once I got back to the procedure area, the nurses were awesome. Take my advice and STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more

My procedure went well and the doctors who took care of me in the actual procedure room and the nurses in the pre-op room were super caring towards me, but the check in and very last part of my checkout was not. The check in lady was not very friendly and yelled at my mom due to my mother wondering about an estimate how long I would be there since she had work in a couple hours. Wife had appointment for 9:30a and was taken back quickly, for her routine 30min procedure where she sat for 2.5hrs. I was given no word. ALL other patients, incl those arriving much later, were now gone. Concerned, I asked the receptionist for status. She said only that Dr Fares Hakim was running behind and would get to my wife shortly. No apology, no courtesy notice to waiting family concerning lengthy delays, nothing, only an air of indifference. When I said I was stepping out for a quick McD's run th receptionist threatened to cancel the procedure. I left anyway and upon my return 20 min later Dr Hamik was driving out of the parking lot. Apparently "running behind" still gets him out the door 30min before closing time. My wife was quickly wheeled, procedure complete, to the car. Again, no apologies. Zero people skills in this place. We are definitely not going back! read more
