Doctor Monchamp gave me the wrong medication- owned up to it, but didn't do anything about it. I got really really sick from it, and paid thousands of dollars for other doctors because I didn't know what was wrong until I realized they were giving me a different medication than what I was supposed to get. When I realized this happened, I called and Dr. Monchamp told me to throw it away because I shouldn't be using it. Obvious medical malpractice, negligence- Clinic didn't do anything about it. Have the calls / documentation. Unprofessional rude staff/ front desk and medical assistant, Alexis, front desk. I had a lot going on and didn't have the energy anymore to deal with them honestly after this past year and trying to get treatment and help. I took this to the clinic manager, Nicole- she entirely dismissed it. She refused and avoided to see me in person and only wanted to chat via email, until I had to literally track her down by going building to building and asking about her whereabouts, and the front desk had to message her while I was standing and waiting to get an update. It is so unfortunate, and sad that they are operating this way and getting away with it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I brought my grand daughter to this clinic in Bend Oregon and the doctor ordered multiple test. I received a call to call her at the clinic. Called 5 times , no response. Staff at the desk is rude and uncooperative. I do not believe she is giving my messages to the doctor. Frustrated! read more

The two reviews before this one seem to be very in line with my experience. In fact the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. From not returning phone calls to waiting 3mo for blood test results and no one being in the office for my scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend staying away. read more

They messed up my insurance billing and refuse to do anything about. I am forced to use my property tax money to pay the bill. read more

I agree with some of the review below. I had been a patient of this clinic and felt I received good care- but I had great insurance (working as an RN). There was a short period where I was changing jobs and was without insurance, I applied for the Oregon Ins. exchange and for some reason I put on OHP. I had one more visit with this clinic and the doctor was rude, spent less than 5 minutes with me and walked out of the room. I had always had great insurance. I now have the best ins. available through the Federal Gov. I will never grace them with my presence. If this is how they treat patients I don't need them for anything. read more
