Ruined my sister in law's birthday! My mother in law planned a party for 3:30, they waited until…read morethe day of the party at 1:00 to call and say the party was at 12:30 instead. The invitations they had given my mother in law said 3:30 and my mother in law had no way to get ahold of the guests to tell them the time change. My sister in law had ONE friend show up at her party. They offered NO refund and basically told my mother in law that she screwed up, not them. Terrible party planning at this establishment.
