Teacher and the overall art studio: The teacher is very nice, sweet and good with kids. For example, last week, they made something with clay and this week, they are doing sewing. They get exposed many different materials and my daughter just loves it so much. Over the six-month period, classes were canceled four times, and no makeup classes were offered, nor any adjustment or compensation. Although some improvements were made after concerns were raised, the same issues continued. On the final occasion, the class started 30 minutes late due to traffic, and we ended up waiting outside for 40 minutes with my young daughter.
