I have used Credit Glory and referred many clients…read more PROS + Credit Glory goes after all of of your bad credit accounts at once. This might not sound praise worthy, but it is. Lexington Law and bigger firms throttle your disputes to keep you paying for 12+ months using the excuse that it's "frivolous" to send more at the same time. That's a lie. There is not a single official source for such a claim. They should be sued. + Credit Glory sends multiple letters AND faxes every month. It's the most aggressive and successful approach. It's costing them extra, but they're obviously making their customers happy. That's a winning strategy. + Given the above two points, they're dirt cheap. Similar services charge thousands for the same approach. + Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and based in the US. A lot of these companies outsource their customer service and it sucks. + Guarantee is no results, no pay. Can't beat that. + The owner makes himself known and available, putting his name and contact information on the frontpage along with the guarantee. An oldschool approach that's probably more relevant today than it ever was. CONS - Customer service responds anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days. Hopefully this improves with time. I'm typically more critical of responsiveness, but I'll give a little pass because of work quality. As long as they continue to provide quality results, I'll continue referring clients.

It's been nothing short of a pleasant experience and Jonathon is always available and answers texts. My credit wasn't good before I hired him, and after about 2 years of him working on it, my credit skyrocketed and it's just short of impeccable. I was able to qualify for many assets as well as purchasing one of my dream cars. Jonathon isn't a major credit repair company that promises results and takes your money every month and doesn't deliver. It takes patience, but he's incredible at what he does and delivers. He's now become a family friend, and although he isn't working on my credit anymore, he's always available to answer any questions that I might have and offer financial advice. He recently took time out on a Saturday afternoon when he didn't need to, and walked me through the process at no charge on how to dispute something that showed up on my credit that shouldn't have been there. I would highly recommend hiring this company if you're looking for a competent professional.
