I know that she is well regarded in the medical and is very well educated about new protocols . She has also significantly helped me accept my daughter's heroin related death. I always feel comfortable in the reception and office area. The receptionist has always been warm and professional. She has been DILIGENT about sending me phone reminders about appointments.
