Mine required extensive repair, especially if I expected to wear the ring daily. Richard Hannon explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Even though my piece is small and they don't stand to make much money from the work they will do for me I know it will be perfect when it comes back because of the attention to detail they give each piece. While we were in the store Richard showed us his latest toy - computer software that he can use to design the perfect piece right before your eyes. He showed us how he could take any ring he has in stock, enter the ring's code into the computer, and then manipulate it to make it exactly what the customer wants.
