I usually avoid perfumeries because the are synthetic and boring but I was overjoyed by several things about this shop. The first was it was beautiful and could tell that these were real fragrances made with real oils. The second is that there is a the woman that greets me in such a great way. First of all, she notices my back with an iron on patch of a tape cassette that reads, "Kate Bush". We have bonded over the love of this artist and she carefully listens to my fragrance preferences and I leave with multiple fragrances... each time. Every time I return, I go straight to see Claudia Pepper (best name ever) and purchase my fragrances. When I get home, people stop me to ask me where I got my fragrances. They are the most unique I have ever had. Even still, we feel so joyous every time we see Claudia Pepper and we buy more than we should... but it has to last until we return!
