"Given up" I have been working with EMS now for approx 8 months and during that time I have spent approx £2000 I have had to deal with a number of different people I would prefer to have had one contact to deal with at all times. I have had an absolutely terrible service from them and can no longer go on dealing with them. I have now given up expectations and have realised I have been totally ripped off, it would take me hours to write all the details, Please please please avoid this company like the plague. They lost my Domain name, charged £ 1000.00 for a website that never went live. There are lots of other reputable companies out there so whatever you do choose one of those, stay away from EMS Internet. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more

ems internet called me last june from an escort ad i had in paper.,i paid them £199 - nobody called & after 7 weeks i called them, they produced a proof i didnt like in the 2nd week of october-i told them to bin it and keep the money, a month later an ems sales girl called me from another ad i had- i explained to her and she said a designer would call to fix the problem- he did but nothing was done. after new year i visited ems offices, sara and a designer fixed the changes there and then(the designer who had called me hadnt done this), the website went live,it was fine , but a week later ems put my real name on the listings for the site(it was an escort site )i left them a voicemail asking them to change it, nobody called and i received an email from them saying "thanks for purchasing the google indexing package", i hadnt purchased this, but according to other reviews its around £400.when i had spoken to sara, she had said there would be no more charges unless i wanted to renew the site after a year. i then took the step of hiring a solicitor to get the listings down, the website is now down, it ended up costly. i knew it was a risk with this company , but i didnt think they would be quite that bad, read more
