There was a lot of parking and it was a quiet morning. The view was amazing, but the interior setup was interesting. The venue had a large round table that would sit 10 comfortably, but they had 11 people per table. It was hard to maneuver around the tables and guests without crossing in front of the guest speakers. At one point, we couldn't figure out where the extra sound of music was coming from during one of the presentations. I heard it coming from the kitchen. The bathroom had 3 stalls on one side and 4 plus a handicapped stall on the other side. They had a hands-free sensor for the toilets flushing mechanism, which I thought was amazing. They also used high quality paper towels and provided little plastic cups for mouthwash. The breakfast selections were awesome. There was this whipped yogurt that was thick and fluffy, almost like cream cheese. They had this tomato parmesan croissant that was aromatic and I wanted more (I had 3). The custard Danish was delicious too. Lunch selection was pretty good too. Their pasta dish was cold, but filling. Their chicken and salmon were cooked perfectly, wasnt dry. Their smoked gouda mac and cheese wasnt creamy, but wasnt fully dry either. I really enjoyed the barley that came with the salmon. The potatoes were my least favorite, I thought it was too dry and very salty. As far as the golf course, you need to be a resident to get a discount ($10k), and there is a monthly fee after the annual price of $50k. The course looked amazing, not too many people out during my visit, but it had the hills, the sand pits, a lot of green fields.

Our review is long overdue, and now that things have settled down, we wanted to share our AMAZING…read moreexperience with Tiana and her team! We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. We highly recommend Tiana and her family/team for your wedding or special event. Thank you Tiana, Adena, and Lance for making our day feel extra special!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Tiana's assistant coordinator, Adena. Her personality and hands-on approach made the wedding day very memorable and the guests feel comfortable. Also, her recommendation for Lance , the Officiant, was perfect. His wit, humor and style helped keep us relaxed and calm and alleviate our nervousness. The whole process from beginning to end will continue to bring smiles to our faces for a lifetime.

Although the food portions were very generous and the chefs were obviously trying to be creative, I was a bit disappointed in many of them. The combination of ingredients just didn't work for me. The standouts that were very good however were the paella, the grilled sea bass, and the lamb on homemade mini pita rounds. I would have also liked more variety in the wines offered. There was a heavy emphasis on champagne and Rosé, and not many reds or chardonnays. The entertainment was quite good, and I especially liked seeing the dance school and the Irish dancers perform. The prizes and awards announced at the end could have been more organized and better presented. Also, it could have been done on the stage rather than on the sidelines so people could see and hear better. The VIP tickets promised early entry, a private VIP bar and valet parking. The VIP bar had the same beverages as the rest of the event, very limited seating, and no one checking to see if people had purchased a VIP ticket, so anyone could enter. The valet was slow and everyone who had self parked was long gone before we got our car. So I didn't see the value in paying extra for these tickets. Overall it was fun participating, and if you live in the neighborhood and get early bird priced tickets it's probably worth going. However I wouldn't pay full price for VIP tickets and drive 45 minutes to attend again.

TLDR version: 11/10 wedding experience with Jack as DJ/MC. He will take care of and work with you…read more I'm sure he'd do just as awesome for other events (birthdays etc...) Will be referring him to our friends/family getting married. In-depth review: My fiancée (now wife) and I met Jack when he was DJing/Emceeing several of our friends' weddings the past two years. Granted, I was drunk by the time he was playing music but I remember having lots of fun and commenting on how I enjoyed the music as well as his emceeing skills. From our friends' recommendations and experience as a wedding guest, we decided to have Jack MC/DJ our wedding. Pre-wedding: Jack has a robust list of song recommendations that went well for different parts of a wedding, suitable for all backgrounds/music tastes. If we didn't have a song in mind (processional, recessional, first dance, mother-son dance, etc...), we referred to his list. He has great attention to detail and you can tell he is well-versed and can point out things you'd never even think of. For example, he made sure he pronounced our families' names correctly. He took his time to explain what are typical things to expect and for us to consider as a couple. He was also very flexible in helping us find specific songs that we wanted for certain parts of the wedding. He's super patient/understanding when we couldn't decide on some songs for key moments until 2 weeks before the wedding! Jack did his due diligence and went to the venue that he's never been at beforehand to double check the area and reached out to communicate with the venue so things would go smoothly. This is of course, expected, but so many things can go wrong at a wedding (from hardware issues to logistics) and we just felt in good hands as he communicated with us as necessary. During wedding: As expected, he was a great MC. Everything was well-timed and music changes were on point from walking down the aisle to the dance floor. He was great at hyping up our bridal/groom party and us for our grand entrance. It felt like a coach firing up his players for the championship game. He's also great at doing games. We did the shoe game and it was a perfect mixture of easy, hilarious, and heart-warming questions that he had ready. After dinner, people went over to the dance floor and the energy was immaculate. Tips for engaged couples: -Reach out to Jack early once you confirm the venue date! Our wedding was November 1, 2025 and we finalized everything with him in February 2025. Earlier is better. -If you're not sure what songs you want to play for certain moments, be vocal about it and he'll be happy to give you recommendations! -Make a list of unique activities/announcements you want Jack to make for your guests! There were one or two things we totally forgot to ask Jack to announce even when he double checked with us (for example, letting guests be aware they can record a video message with an Insta360 Cam we had during cocktail hour/reception). To no fault of his, we got overwhelmed with planning, so we overlooked considering that. If you have unique activities/things planned for your guests that are outside of typical wedding announcements (shout-out to families, cake cutting, etc...), then it'll help him and your guests very much. -If your guests are the rowdy type and you want them seated during key moments like games, first dance, etc..., you can ask Jack to announce that the bar will temporarily be closed. He'd be happy to do that or work with your coordinator to do so. -Make sure you have a consistent timeline of events between your planner, day-of-coordinator, and Jack. This is non-negotiable. We tripled checked to make sure everything was correct and it was a beautiful wedding.

JACK IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST DJ/MC. YOU CANNOT FIND ANYONE BETTER IN THIS AREA. He knows how to read…read morethe room, keeps it professional, and really knows how to hype up an already hyped up crowd. I am a total worry wart and Jack did his best to calm my wedding jitters. I had such a hard time picking out particular songs and Jack was so patient, gave me such wonderful suggestions and made it so easy and our wedding such a smooth process. Three of our other friends have recommended him to us and he has been the life of the party at every wedding we've been to. We are so grateful for him and would recommend him to anyone.

Reading the reviews with time and waiting we didn't have to deal wait that as the first group out…read more For the money you kinda expect a better experience and a bit of a nicer pro shop, food, etc. No direction was given it was check in and see you later. The course is very challenging, narrow, long, and unforgiving out of bounds. The greens were in good shape and very fast. To be honest with a decent amount of good rain you would think the course would be dialed, but to be honest it was kind of rough. Tons on divot marks that never grew back, patchy approach areas, and just ok tee boxes. As with many other posters for the same price go to Moorpark or Rustic.

I played here yesterday, and I just had to come back here to Yelp to set the record straight,…read morebecause the current 2.5 star rating just doesn't feel like a fair representation of what this course truly has to offer. I've never played here before, but GolfNow was offering a nice discount, so I decided to take a chance on it despite the poor reviews and low star rating, and I was pleasantly surprised by how far it exceeded my very low expectations. Here's what you can expect if you decide to play here: Pre-Round: - Quality warm-up/practice areas. At the range you're hitting decent quality balls, off real grass (not mats) out into a lush grassy range with nicely visible yardage targets. - Putting practice is on a tight, fast green that's well maintained. Only critique here was there weren't many holes to aim to... I counted maybe 4-5 total, which is not much. - Clubhouse was a lovely Spanish style building, with clean bathrooms, nice pro shop with friendly staff, and a cafe/food window set next to a nice outdoor patio eating area. The Golf: - Walking is not permitted (for pacing reasons, I assume) but the electric golf carts are HIGH-QUALITY, not beat up, cheap public course shame trains. They each have full color screens with GPS enabled course maps, providing you with hole layouts and yardages. They are stocked with complimentary bottled water, towels, and tees. Before you even swing a club, this feels like a premium experience. - The course conditions were beautiful. They're not perfect... you're not playing Augusta National here, but it was well above average for a public course. Tee boxes were level, green, weed free and well maintained. If you're used to playing public courses where you have to dance a two-step around the tee box for 2 minutes trying to find a level spot to hit from, you'll feel spoiled by the beautiful tee boxes. -Fairways are tight, a bit hard (you're in desert terrain) and very green. Didn't see a lot of dead grass out there, but then again it did rain recently. -The first cut rough is pretty well maintained, with some weeds around the edges, but for the most part very playable. -Bunkers has a few large rocks in them here and there, but were pretty fluffy and soft for the most part. One bunker I landed in was so soft, my ball plugged into the sand a good inch or two. -The course design is really interesting and unique, and WILL BE A CHALLENGE for most weekend golfers. You need to be accurate off the tees and have a decent approach game. If not, bring a lot of balls because the desert OB areas are cruel and will mercilessly collect your entire last order of golf balls off Amazon. - The pace of play was actually great. We never felt rushed and never felt like we waited more than a few minutes for the group ahead to finish. We played on Sunday, teeing off just before noon, so you'd expect it to be busy, but it was pleasantly un-crowded. -I appreciated the little details that this course has paid attention to, like areas around the tee boxes and beside cart paths that often have beautiful hard-scape features, like rocks or pavers, which is a classy touch. Other on-course amenities: - Ball washers were regularly placed throughout the course - At least one set of bathrooms was out on the course (thank you very much). - Beverage carts came around at least twice to check on us and offer us food during the round... another premium that you don't get on cheap public courses. One STRANGE experience: We finished our round around 4:30PM and when we rolled in toward the clubhouse, the place was an absolute ghost town. Not a soul was in sight. Pro shops was dark, locked up and closed. Food service window was closed, security cage pulled over the window. There were no human beings anywhere when I pulled my cart up to the cart return--- just felt odd that nobody was around. Other than that, Angeles National served up a great day of quality golf with premium amenities. It's not cheap, but it's also not as expensive as you might expect for a high quality course. With our GolfNow "HotDeal" it was around $120 and I consider it a steal at that price. If that price tag is a stretch, then reward yourself with a round here once in a while and enjoy the incredible mountain views, picturesque desert, and course conditions that far exceed expectations of a public course.

Before the wedding, Crash was in contact with us to grab a list of music we wanted, and worked out a timeline with us. Based on our music choices (and there were a lot of genres!) he recommended that certain songs be played at certain times in the reception. He took the time to listen to the songs we had picked, and was able to incorporate all the songs for events such as the grand entrance, dinner service, and of course, dancing. The day of the event, Crash was our emcee as well as the DJ so he not only played the tunes, he also made sure the timeline of the reception events were on track for us. It really helped since being the bride and groom, we were pulled in so many directions during the reception. The guests at the wedding told us that they have never had such fun dancing at any reception they've ever attended. This was all thanks to Crash!
