They've had to replace my card 5 or 6 times from fraudulent usage, funny that none of my other cards are affected even though they're used more. Now the guy at the Derby branch told me that I need to switch banks and they won't give me another card. The girls working in there were just laughing at me about it. Because of this I tried to withdraw all of my money, even without any pending charges they would only give me $100 out of a few thousand. WTF! It's my money.

My money was stuck in someone's vault for over a week. Made several trips up there to get it but since that employee wasn't working at the time I came up, and it was in their vault specifically, no one else could access it. Strange. Even when I was promised that they would talk to that employee and have my money out of there, when I came back the next time, it was still stuck in their vault. Don't say that you're going to do something and then not follow through with it. What a waste of my time.
