Unfortunately, the quality declined after that - the second and third visits were marginal and my last experience was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to share. Today I had a 3:30 appointment but woke up very sick. Out of courtesy, I texted to reschedule so I wouldn't risk passing anything along. Instead of discussing another time, Kristin immediately charged me a $50 "no-show" fee. When I questioned it, she replied, "it's not personal, just business." Based on her response, I can't help but feel she's making short-sighted decisions driven by financial stress. I even pointed out that collecting $50 while losing me as a client made little sense compared to keeping me long term. Her reaction? She became hostile and told me to "f** off."* I've had poor service from other businesses in the past, but this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. That's how extreme and disappointing this experience was. To make matters worse, when I attempted to post this review directly on her site, I found I had been blocked -- which makes me question whether all of the glowing 5-star reviews are from real clients or manufactured to create a false impression. In wellness, compassion and professionalism should be the baseline. Instead, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Wellness should heal, not harm relationships.
