He's beginning to overcome textural hang ups, pickiness, chewing/swallowing struggles, etc. We still aren't there, but we are getting closer to being a better, more well rounded eater. We are pleased with the therapy itself but the front desk here sucks. There's almost never anyone here and frankly they've been downright rude to me when I've had questions in the past. One of the girls even hung up on my husband when I asked her if she would be willing to talk to him so he could explain some insurance/scheduling issues with her. He was very respectful but she simply didn't want to listen or deal with the issue. Zero class! We aren't demanding or unreasonable people at all so that type of rudeness is completely unacceptable. I wish they would invest more in finding good office staff that can be present there during regular office hours and can deal with issues appropriately and respectfully.

I was lost because I never mention anything. Kelly said "this happened long time ago" I told her about my car accidents when I was 16-18yrs old, I'm also 28yrs now. She took pictures of my stands and body and showed me all my trouble areas before she started to work on me. In less than 30 minutes she was able to relax all my muscles. This is so hard to explain but before arriving to Kelly a lot of emotional stresses build up. Kelly was able to tell me I had a lot of angry emotions store in my body and put light pressure Kelly called it "this is your Joy" and asked how my chest felt. In a few seconds I felt my chest open up, didn't feel angry no more I honestly almost teared up. Just GO see her!
