Joe (the owner) is a pleasant Italian guy who has obviously been cutting hair for many years. I watched him cut carefully and chat away with his clients. My cutter was a nice young lass Catherine, who did a great job. She was methodical and carefully followed my instructions. I even got the old razor treatment for my back of neck. I was in and out and ready for my evening event. I paid for the rest of the haircut and was off to my event. This particular location is in the lower level of the 464 Kent shopping center. The guy who owns this place was wearing a waistcoat on the day we visited and I like to imagine he does that every day. He was very welcoming to a female in male territory (some other places we've visited have been a little unsure about Mummy tagging along too). He understood what style would work best for my son and made good a truly awful previous cut. A lollipop from inside a tin under the cash register at the end sealed the deal for my lad.
