Disgusting greed is all that can be said!! They charged $800 for a one way ride to Rhode Island…read moreHospital for a NON-Emergency transport. Once I was able to procure the rides myself I was able to find a local company to do the transport for $100 each way. After reviewing all the transport bills no other company was even close to the gouging this company does. When I confronted the nursing home about why they chose this company and subject the residents to the ghastly amounts when so many more affordable options are available I received uhhh... I dunno, That is when I stepped in. This is a textbook example of the greed and perversion that is causing the absurd healthcare costs we are faced with today.
