Empire Property Maintenance damaged my tiles when they mowed my yard. The whipper snipper bounced along my tile area chipping, dislodging and causing permanent damage on a tiled pathway and staircase. I emailed them and sent photos, but they never even bothered to respond. Without even phoning me, they sent their employee back with a scourer to try to remove some of the marks. This was never going to repair the chips and gouges, it required a professional tiler to fix it. I had to arrange my own tiler to come and repair the damage. A simple apology would have gone a long way.... This is a company that has very poor customer service and beware if you have a problem! read more
