We were concerned about creaking and he explained to us what generally causes excessive creaking so we could ensure we avoided any triggers. He arranged for our old tile flooring to be removed - the floor stripping guys who did this were so professional - they were in and done really fast with very little dust and an excellent finish. Even the other trades that were coming in (we were getting a kitchen installed too) commented on how impressed they were with their work. The floating floor installers were also very professional with excellent attention to detail which for a fussy person like me was very comforting! They did a fantastic job with the installation and we are very happy with the end result! Great value for money too.

We decided to engage Termi Turf Gold Coast to replace it with their synthetic grass product called Toorak which looks like couch. The team from Termi Turf were very professional from start to finish. We could not fault them. Arrived at 7am finished by 11am. Everything was done.with such precision. Our street is very busy and is used by both holiday makers to local residents. Not a day goes by when at least 2 or 3 people stop and admire our front lawn. Some people knock on our door to enquire about the grass or chat with us if we are in the garden. They cannot believe it is not real grass and how good it looks. No more mowing and it is a pleasure to sit outside and utilise the area.

He was courteous, friendly and extremely professional. At one point, when he had started one part of the job, he stopped and would not continue until we made the changes we wanted to add and were completely satisfied with the changes we wanted to bring to the original plan. We love the end products and we have been thoroughly enjoying being able to use the carport and patio. I would only ever deal and recommend that anyone deal with Gareth personally and always request for Luke to build! They are an awesome team!
