They accept cash only. No card. I'm honestly not sure how long this company has been in business, but I'm guessing a long time. When I walked up to the window there were two ladies behind the window, no smiles were given, which is fine, but no greetings were issued either. Not even a dry "hi, how may I help you?", was said. Just a blank stare....o...k. If you listened really closely, I'm sure you would've heard the crickets. I told them that I was there to make a paymentwent and they looked at each other and asked for my I.D. I handed it over and waited. The older of the two ladies, took my card and went away. She asked me a couple of questions and then told me to come over to the other side. To get to the other side, I had to leave the store, go outside and into another part of the store which was next door. This part of the store had two doors for entry. I went into the store and what ensured was a back and forth annoying dialog between myself and the lady. Prior to my coming here, I've personally dealt with her once already to gave all the information to take over the account and she was far more pleasant than she was on this day. She asked me what was the name on the account, so naturally I gave my name. She looks on the computer and nothing shows up. So she asked when did I come here, I told her when and before I could finish, she cuts me off and goes back to looking at the computer. Taken a back, I said to myself...oookaay. She then asks, who was the account under, so I gave her my family members name, then she asks for the date of birth. With all this information she still wasn't able to pull up the information. I repeated the information back to her (the name and date of birth) and told her that it was originally under their name. She waved her hand in the air as if to dismiss me, at least that's how I felt and then said I should've said that first. I mean...I thought I did, but again, I said ok and said nothing else. I'm sure at this point she realized that she was coming off as a little nasty or maybe not, because she toned down when it came time to talk about the payment. I mean, that's what I was here for. She told me the amount I can pay now or later which included the interest. With how this visit was going, I didn't want to come back, so I decided to pay the whole thing. So I told her I would come back because I had to go to the ATM. Another customer came in before she was done with me, who I guess she's familiar with, because the reception that was given was a total 360 from what I received. It was all hi's and full of sugar. Interesting. After I had the money in hand, I went back. She was still dealing with the same customer and was just finishing up. When it was my turn again, the attitude of the earlier moments were gone and in its place was the a new more pleasant one. A little Jekyll and Hyde kinda thing, split personality maybe. I was confused, but just wanted to get out of there. I gave her the money and she offered me a pen. That was nice. I thanked her and left. This was my last time coming here and I wasn't even the one who did the original transaction. Customer service goes a looong way with me. In any business, you have to learn how to separate your emotions from your business and they're just not there yet...at least not IMO.

I decided to utilize a watch repair service close by called Bella Jewelry and met with someone who introduced himself as Gabriel the owner. He advised that he could do the job and watch would be ready the following week. He never called on the agreed date of completion and when I did he advised that the watch wasn't ready. 1 week turned into 3 and the excuses/lies became more elaborate. I kept on calling. He finally told me that the watch was ready. When I got there the watch was damaged. The dial was broken and there were scratches that was never there before. He insisted on payment and refused to give me the watch. He also advised that he couldn't polish the watch because the rhodium he would need to use cost $10,000! Gabriel is extremely dishonest and rude and racist. He had polished someone else's watch for free while I waited. I'm black. The other patron was white! Doesn't seem to see very well either due to aging. He also refused to give me a receipt and tried to charge me more than the originally agreed upon price. Brought my watch to another jeweler who confirmed what I already knew. He damaged my watch and lied to me about the work he had done. Gabriel also made it clear that he had sued Yelp for publishing bad reviews...and won! I don't know if there's any truth to his statement but my main reason for using Yelp is because you cannot pay to alter honest reviews. At least...so I thought. An honest review is just that...and should never be altered or interfered with to please someone else. Nobody's experience is the same. I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time or money on this business. It's truly not worth the aggravation. It's sad that someone that age could be so deceitful,dishonest and downright nasty. I've alerted everyone I know personally and professionally about this man and his business. Now it's time to alert the rest of the world.
