Horrible customer service. There is never an attendant around to answer questions or solve…read moreproblems. The pumps NEVER have paper to print out receipts. Three days ago, when I stopped by to get gas, I scanned BJ's card and selected regular, but I noticed that the pump was charging me for premium gas. I tried to get the attendant(in his glass room) to help solve the problem or at least explain what was going on. He stared at me several times and then just turned his face away. I stopped pumping and went over to him to ask why I was being charged for premium instead of what I selected, and why there was no paper in the pump (as usual). He was extremely rude and adversarial, yelling from inside his booth that I should file a complaint with management. When I asked him--again--why the pumps NEVER have paper, he told me to look up the management's number and speak to them myself. He even refused to give me his name. I will not be giving them any more business. Even though the price is a bit lower, the operation and customer service are horrible.

The prices are great but why are so many pumps constantly not working? This causes major and…read moredangerous traffic problems with cars lined up into the street. Also, people who pay cash park at a pump, go to the attendant to give him money, walk back to the pump, gas up, then walk back to the attendant to get their change, the walk back to their car. Another cause of long lines. There should be cash only and credit/debit card only pumps.

It is on a busy intersection so be very careful getting into the gas station and leaving. The intersection is known for accidents. I did not go inside to the clerk but it was a clean on the outside as one gas station can get. They do have a Mobil Service Station in case your car is in need of servicing. Overall if I am in the area and my car is in need for gas. I will pop in and let my car have a drink.

They informed my what needed to be down, how long it would be and the cost (no hidden extras) it was actually less that I thought. - Took my 2004 jeep in for a wheel alignment job; explained the symptoms…read more - also requested an oil change. - The photo shows depicts a missing bolt. This was after the wheel alignment work was completed. I noticed it while they were changing the oil. Perhaps it was this way when the vehicle came in. Either way all it toke was for me to look at the vehicle to it. This probably means that they did not have concern over they way it drove after they finished what they did. I still need a proper wheel alignment!!!! I made it clear to them that Jeep wheel alignment is not trivial and whether they had experience. They insisted that they knew how to do it. I hate these kind of reviews bit I am reminded of the money I spent for nothing everyone I get into my jeep. I am still looking for a competent shop to accurately diagnose my jeep. Love this place!…read more They're always helpful and have speedy service. If they need to order parts, they're timely and fast. I've never had to wait too long here. It's convenient to get to and they always have time to check your car. I would highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for years and I would definitely come back here. They're good for oil changes, routine maintenance checks, inspections, etc.

Gave the attendant $40 (expecting that would cover a full tank+) The attendant filled the tank and offered no change back. I KNOW the car needed about 11.4 gal but paid for 12.66. The net is the attendent STIFFED me on about $3+. Should have called him on it and demanded a receipt, but I prefer to think folks are honest. Just needed some gas…read more Attended wanted to check under my hood, asked me if I needed an oil change. Speed pass did not work in my pump. Needed to pay cash so I went inside to take care of the cash issue. Not the most friendly people around. I get the feeling they are more car repair than gas, or gas is just a way to get repairs....any way, last time here. Gives me a bit of the creeps.
