I've been a customer of Allegiance for almost two years. It's been smooth sailing since day one…read more Adam and his team was able to provide us with multiple insurance options for our commercial properties and expertly advised us through which he'd recommend and why. Recently we had an issue, when our bank mistakenly forced placed insurance on our commercial mortgage for mechanical breakdown policy, for no logical reason. Allegiance not only notified us, proactively worked on our behalf to clarify the issue and get back our monies from being overcharged. I can't say enough good things about the customer service and support. The team is prompt, educated on various products, and committed to needs of their clients. I would highly recommend using them to anyone. Wish I moved my business here sooner!

Allegience was fast and quick to provide me with quotes from different insurance carriers on the same day and explained every coverage in details. They got me excellent bundled coverage for my home and auto from one carrier, and another great dwelling coverage for my rentals from a diffrent one. They will not try to convince you to get extra coverage that you won't need, like other insurance agents. It was a smooth and easy process doing business with them.Highly recommend their service.

I thought I could trust AARP and get the insurance that they endorsed because of their reputation,…read morebut after reading the reviews for New York life insurance on Yelp, I frantically was trying to get a hold of customer service also to rectify the situation to cancel my policy ASAP took me a little while, but I finally called this number1-2125767000 and followed the prompt and sure enough soon I was talking to a real life agent friendly professional looked up my account without anything, but my name and Social Security number. I told him I was in financial distress and needed to cancel until I could afford insurance again, some other time he went right in deleted my financial direct auto pay information and cancel my policy and gave me the professional piece of mind. We all deserve if you're still having problems with their customer service call this number and it should work as well for you as it did for me! next time I'll do my research thoroughly before I am best!!!

Received a letter from Guardian, dated early April 2023, stating that my Whole Life policy premium…read morewould need to be paid IN FULL this year because there were insufficient dividends earned this year to cover my premium. Then received the premium notice, dated last week, for the full $1,000+ premium. What?! No dividend at all? Just called Guardian and eventually learned that there was a dividend earned on my policy and that the dividend was less than $99 short of my annual premium. If I did not call, then I would have paid 10X more than I should! OOPSY. Wonder what Guardian will do with all the extra cash that they get from people who didn't / don't bother to follow-up? There Will Be Bonuses.

Hello, I'm writing…read morethis as a PSA to all families looking for a financial advisor to help grow their hard earned money and set their kids up for the future. Do not by any means entrust your money to Agent James DeMatteo. This man bills himself as a certified financial planner and is a rep for the Guardian insurance company. I have extensive details for anyone who wants to contact me. The TLDR on him is that he is heavily incentivized to violate his fiduciary duties towards his clients and take away thousands of their dollars by manipulating them to sign up for "Whole Life" policies offered by Guardian. He attempts to obfuscate the cost of this policy (amounts that could range from 15-19k a year) by omitting the term yearly premium and using the more ambiguous "Cash Value Life Insurance" in the illustration of the policy. There are no formal sit downs to discuss the exact nature of the policy before signing, he sends you a flurry of documents to sign via email. Essentially, for a week or so, you are bombarded with many documents to sign, with most of these doucments having to do with investments and not life insurance. His hope is that you are overwhelmed by the influx of information and just sign all the documents. Having obtained your signatures, he now has an email chain that covers his rear end and Guardian's; There is technically now proof that you understand completely what you are getting into, when in fact you have barely any idea. He works in gusto to attach you to these "Whole Life" insurance policies and makes himself rather absent in the crucial period of 10 days when you could still cancel the policy, failing to respond to emails, etc. The email chain that I mentioned is imperative because if you do end up contesting this with the Guardian company, they will refer to this email chain as proof that the agent acted appropriately and that you, the policy owner absolutely knew you were signing up for such a hefty commitment. James receives more than half of the premium you pay as commission, with Guardian getting the rest. Besides the insanely high premium these policies cost, they perform far far worse for families than term + percentages of your income devoted to investments. James never sat down and told me the difference of these coverages and strategies, he simply pressed a policy onto me that put a lot of money in his pocket while immediately straining my family's budget. He basically stole money that would have helped secure a future for my two sons and provide them with funds with whatever they needed should I pass away. I have an important and easy to understand PDF file showing you why the whole life policy is an inferior option for the policy owner vis a vis the term + investment strategy, I'll send it over to anyone who asks. Please do not make the same mistake I did; do not do any business with this man. His work details: NorthEast Financial Network 101 Crawfords Corner Road, Suite 2405 If you ever see this man at Bell Works, don't listen to a single word he has to say about financial planning. Avoid him like the plague.
