Each time I asked a basic question about my premium or billing, I received different answers. At one point, I was told to pay an additional amount even though my understanding was that the balance had already been paid. After being placed on hold, the answers would change, which made me question whether the representatives were properly trained on their own policies. Communication was also difficult. I specifically requested that all correspondence be sent by email only, but the request was not followed. The lack of clear explanations, empathy, and confidence from the agents made an already stressful billing situation even more frustrating. I hope this company improves agent training, communication skills, and consistency in their billing information because customers deserve accurate and reliable support.
