She was very responsive and very nice. When I arrived I explained what I was looking for and she understood my vision right away. I can honestly say she gave me the best cut I've ever had. I came back for a second cut later and she remembered me and the exact details of how I wanted my hair even though I had only been there once before. GREAT customer service and an amazing cut.
