Last fall, when it broke down, he said he would replace the fireplace immediately. We paid him for a new fireplace and he removed our old fireplace. That was the last time we saw him. Despite numerous requests, as of April 25, 2018, he has not come back to complete the work nor refunded our money. It was determined that the work he did on our system was found to be in non-compliance with gas regulations.
