From the moment I met Shannon, I knew she was the one to hire. She was professional and knowledgeable. When we opened the shower wall, we found a major issue with a pipe. She problem-solved quickly, had a contact with a high-quality plumber, and got him to come out immediately and fix the issue. Shannon even stayed with the plumber and assisted him, so that the project stayed on track. When I needed to finalize my tile choices, and was nervous about making a mistake, Shannon met me at the tile store and worked with me to feel comfortable and confident moving forward. She has a great eye, amazing taste, and the experience to know which materials work best. In the end, she did complete gut-renovations to both bathrooms. They are more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Shannon and everyone she brought in to help were the best team I've ever used for any home renovations - and I've done many throughout the years in Broward County.
