Took my nephew to get his ear pierced & so glad we chose this place. From calling to inquire about an appointment vs walking in, I was treated professionally and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The shop is clean and all of the staff are professional & very knowledgeable. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) was super sweet & friendly. Ken pierced my nephew's ear. He was very quick but made also sure to give tips on after-care. Should my nephew decide to do anything else, I would definitely go back and would recommend this shop to anyone else. This is a nice shop with great customer service. Rico has great skills!! He provided tattoo services for my son and I and both of us are satisfied. He gave me a heart behind my ear and my son received a half sleeve. My son provided several photos of his requests and Rico used his amazing skills to put it together and it was a masterpiece!
