Well it's actually a good salon to me they were nice and need my nails really good I honestly live

Worst nail place I've ever been to in my 40years! Paid 40$ and gel came off first day! By the second day all my nails had chips of polish off of them. She was in a hurry, did not even give me the time for a manicure. Next please!! $$$

The best in this small town! Amy is super friendly and remembers you from visit to visit. I go to other nail salons in larger cities, but this is my favorite due in part to the customer service.

She sprayed them with alcohol and acted like everything was fine, but it wasn't. My toes were bleeding, and the pedicure itself was mediocre at best because she was too busy dealing with other things to focus on her work. I understand that things happen, but if you are unable to focus on a client safely, someone else should step in. Before she ever came over, I specifically requested gel polish, was given the color book, and selected my number. Another tech relayed this information to her, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, she took several personal phone calls during my appointment and was clearly rushed and distracted, which is likely why I was cut in the first place. She then chose a completely different color than the one I picked and said she would add glitter. I was confused but initially assumed it was still gel. After waiting for the lamps that never came out, I realized she wasn't even applying gel at all. When I asked, she told me I had requested regular polish. I never did, not once. I haven't worn regular polish in years. At that point, I accepted the regular glitter polish simply because I was overwhelmed and close to tears. While sitting and waiting for it to dry (which it never properly did, regular glitter takes forever), I finally asked my husband to speak with a manager and requested that the polish just be removed so we could leave. It should also be noted that my husband's nail tech had to step away as well to help deal with the same personal situation involving my tech. When my tech returned with the manager, they began yelling at each other in front of me. She then aggressively removed the polish, while my toes were still freshly cut and bleeding. She offered to repaint them with gel, but I declined. My feet hurt, and I just wanted to leave and never come back. At checkout, the manager did not acknowledge any of my concerns, offered no apology, and still charged me full price. The only comment I received was, "We good now, right?" I again mentioned that my toes were bleeding and was ignored. I paid and walked out with bare, cut, and bleeding toes. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a safe, calm, and relaxing experience because this was absolutely not it.

I'm from out of state & we don't have the luxury of having places like this lol this place is chic , t's the ambience : 10 out of 10 .. and worth every penny. By the way, everyone is absolutely amazing. From the host that meets you at the front.. to the guy who brings over these 'on the house drinks' .. ending with amazing nail techs who aim to satisfy ! What more can you ask for? Nia did my pedi Tram did my nails They were Both patient and professional. This is my first time here, but I'll definitely be back. Aura Nail Bar ... I salute you

Pros: skilled technicians, nail artists who can do designs, clean pedicure tubs and supplies…read more Cons: expensive, arbitrary prices, nickel and dimed vibe, techs are a little pushy about add-ons I went here during a special they had for 60% off the second service. The service was great and they did an excellent job on my nails and pedicure, but I found the pricing to be arbitrary and expensive. For example, to soak off dip ( while getting a new set) and do a regular almond shape was an additional $15 ( the receipt pictured shows $18 but they reduce it by a few dollars ) . I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.
