Despite being in their spa 5 weeks ago, he shamed me for how callused my feet were. Huffing while he worked on my feet. Saying I need to come in every month. (Which I can't always afford) What really sucked was them talking badly of me in mandarin. I know a few words and they're not nice ones. With their attention to detail we left at almost 5:30. Our workers made great conversation with us and we laughed and joked the whole time. They speak very good English which is a great plus when it comes to trying to communicate what you want. We both got a full service manicure and pedicure as well had our eyebrows waxed. The workers were very clean in how they worked. All the instruments came out of sterilized packages and my girl changed her gloves at least 10 times while she was working with me. We got the I dont know I dont care packages and just let them choose everything except for the color. I loved the scrubs and lotions they picked out for us ! I will definitely be coming back here every time I am in town ! I didn't catch her name, but I believe the woman who did my nails may have been the owner. She mentioned she's been doing nails for almost 30 years, and it definitely showed. She was very fast and did a great job. The shape was perfect, the nails were thin just the way I like them, and I loved the design she did. That said, after sitting there for a bit, I really started to notice how dirty the salon was. It honestly needs a deep clean--from the floors to the ceiling--and that definitely left a bad impression. Overall, I was happy with the nail work itself, but the cleanliness of the salon really needs attention.

The service was great and they did an excellent job on my nails and pedicure, but I found the pricing to be arbitrary and expensive. For example, to soak off dip ( while getting a new set) and do a regular almond shape was an additional $15 ( the receipt pictured shows $18 but they reduce it by a few dollars ) . I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.
