This is not your typical chiropractor's office where people are in and out like a revolving door,…read morewhere every visit is the same, and where every adjustment is the same. Dr. Zach listens, asks for feedback, and looks at your posture before every single adjustment. He spends time with his patients and never rushes us out the door. In November 2024, I began experiencing a lot of neck pain. It just continued to get worse and worse. It kept me up at night, and prevented me from getting any real rest. No matter how I stood, sat, or laid down, I would always be in pain. I couldn't think or focus, and always felt agitated. I tried everything to get relief, from decompression tables and decompression pillows to purchasing sleeping pillow after sleeping pillow, steroid shots, nerve ablations, and both topical and oral pain relievers. I saw massage therapists and pain specialists, did physical therapy, had MRI after MRI, and saw chiropractor after chiropractor. The best decision I made was to look for an upper cervical chiropractor. I knew I didn't want to see another cookie-cutter doctor! I knew I needed a doctor who looked outside the box and didn't just crack my neck and then send me out the door. I wanted a doctor who could understand me and was also empathetic. When I found Dr. Zach's website and read his page, I was hopeful I had finally found someone who could truly help me feel normal again. I have been seeing Dr. Zach for about two months now. Prior to that, I had been living with chronic upper cervical, thoracic, and shoulder blade pain for well over a year and a half, and was feeling hopelessness and depressed. After my second appointment with Dr. Zach, I began to feel a million times better with my pain immensely decreased. After an entire week went by without the nagging pain, I was confident enough to say the words out loud: I finally found a doctor who was able to help me! I finally found a doctor who was able to help fix what I thought would be forever broken. I thought I was going to live that way for the rest of my life. But Dr. Zach helped me. He helped me feel that there is hope. He helped me get to a place where I can start living a normal life again, and I am truly grateful! Thank you Dr. Z!

I wanted to come back and leave an updated review now that I've been seeing him for a few months…read more Dr. Zachary has done more for me and shown more care than the ER, neurologist, and family doctor combined. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him, and I am truly grateful for his support and expertise. He was the only one who took the time to listen to me and had the right tools to help diagnose my condition. He genuinely thinks through what you tell him and always goes the extra mile for his patients. I will be forever grateful to him because I would probably still be lying in pain and feeling scared if it weren't for his help. I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor at first, but I quickly learned there is a difference between traditional "cracking your neck" chiropractors and upper cervical chiropractors. There was no scary cracking or twisting involved. It's truly amazing what can be accomplished with such gentle, precise adjustments. If you find yourself in need of chiropractic care, you can rest assured that you're in the right hands.

Dr. Francis is truly a gifted chiropractor and holistic healer, specializing in holistic nutrition and kinesiology, who combines a deep understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems with a natural talent for addressing both physical and emotional well-being. Several years ago, I was referred to Dr. Francis after dealing with persistent neck and shoulder pain that other treatments, including physical therapy and other chiropractic care, hadn't resolved. Dr. Francis was the only practitioner who successfully and quickly addressed the root cause of my issue. Her approach goes beyond the standard; she treats each patient as a whole person, assessing not just symptoms but underlying causes. Recently, after experiencing a major tragedy, I returned to Dr. Francis for help with chronic neck and shoulder pain, as well as severe stress resulting from the trauma. In our first session, Dr. Francis took a thorough, compassionate approach--asking insightful questions and observing my responses closely. Her attention to detail and depth of knowledge were immediately apparent. She ordered an extensive blood test, far more comprehensive than what most doctors would request, which revealed several critical markers likely linked to stress from my trauma. Dr. Francis took the time to call me personally, explaining each result in understandable terms. She then scheduled an in-depth appointment to review the findings and designed a targeted supplement plan based on specialized testing to determine the precise dosage my body needed. Since beginning the supplement regimen she created, I have already noticed a profound improvement. Additionally, her in-depth adjustment during our session brought immediate relief and left me feeling renewed. Dr. Francis has a unique, natural ability to understand and support the body's healing process, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her guiding me back to health. Her genuine care for her patients and commitment to their well-being sets her apart in her field. I also want to commend her front desk manager, Jill, for her warm, patient, and caring approach. Jill goes above and beyond to make every visit seamless and comfortable, reflecting the overall compassionate environment Dr. Francis has created at Specific Wellness. For anyone looking for a practitioner who combines skill, empathy, and a holistic approach to health, Dr. Stacey Francis at Specific Wellness is simply unparalleled. I am deeply grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone seeking truly transformative care.
