My family did not enjoy our session with her & I will never use her services again specifically because of our interactions during & after taking pictures. Example: she was going to charge me extra for additional pictures (I was happy to pay) but didn't actually have additional pictures/poses to provide. I had to call her out on this. Also, she had a picture I wanted & knew we took but "couldn't find it" when I asked for it (again, offered to pay extra for it) simply because she was frustrated with my requests to edit pictures she should have already edited before providing the gallery to me. After setting up a sitting we met at a local land conservancy and he took pics of my 4 dogs. Eric was easy to work with, prompt and patient. He made certain prior to the end of the sitting that I got the shots I wanted and he also showed me some of his best shots during the sitting. He was also unfazed by the swampy weather and being eaten by mosquitoes while taking photos near the park's lovely water feature. I was so thrilled with the end result that I bought all the Hi-Resolution images on CD. He even did special touches like personalizing the CD he sent with one of the dogs pics and included a personal note of thanks for my business. Sometimes artistic talent and business sense don't mix, but Eric seems to have a talent for both. Following the sitting, I asked him to put antlers and red noses on one of the pics so that I could use it for my Christmas card this year. It seemed like he turned this around in 5 minutes with a perfect end result. Once the picture was up in my folder on his website, I could order the cards right there with my credit card. I must note here that his website is very well done and easy to use. Eric has a special eye and takes photographs that make reality better. His eye for lighting is reason enough to choose him for a sitting. One of my favorite pics of the bunch looks like it could be the cover of a fairy-story book (about dogs, of course). I would work with Clocks again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great photographer.
