She has more issues her self than people who come to seek help. So I went. Why not? So, you know those nagging thoughts of self-doubt, fear, self-deprecation? Well, I wanted to get rid of some of them and see if Dr. Cox's methods worked for me. Incidents in childhood that have an impact on how we approach life. In that hour the visceral, anxiety ridden feelings I had around fear of failure went from a 9 down to a 3 and then eventually complete calm. I'll definitely being going back to see Dr. Cox. Those nagging thoughts you know...they never quite all go away. But these sessions are surely going to keep them quiet for a while.
