Her true colors came out when we requested to cancel the date we booked with her due to an emergency. Due to my health, we wouldn't be able to make our date and we informed leeann that we would have to cancel. She informed us that we wouldn't be getting our deposit back but she would be able to reschedule. Normally, I understand about rescheduling but we are in Chicago and the time frame for us to actually go to Charleston was uncertain. In her contract, she states that she will reschedule, "due to severe weather." Beyond this, her "contract" says there is no refund policy but leads to believe its only for weather. The contract is very vague and misleading. If you schedule with her, be sure to ask questions about what "no refunds" truly cover if other situations should occur.
