The prices are fine, the service is generally okay, and the products are good.

Most of the brands were their own, but you could tell nothing was cheap or mass made here and the clothing while modern had a stated vintage feel to them. It's refreshing to find items you won't find at Meyer or David Jones. I found the staff to be overly friendly and helpful. I wound up buying a Wills leather travel bag here. Wills is a leather company from Oregon in the states and is not so easy to find in Melbourne. Worth a visit to the Windsor end of Chapel street to visit.

A true cobbler, straight out of a fairy tale, he does amazing work on shoes and costs half as much as a new pair of boots would normally cost. His store is tiny, with a collection of shoes on sale, and he works out back by himself, tinkering away at your shoes like a labour of love. Carrying international names like Bernhard Willhelm and Rick Owens, and accessories labels AF Vandervorst and Company of Strangers, Nom*D is a heavy-hitter for the lover of edgy, left-of-centre fashion.
