The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. Upon arrival, the office has something on every other seat for social distancing if having to wait in the area. The receptionists and tech that assisted were kind and funny! I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future.
