It was also good. My dining companion ordered a Bulleit bourbon Manhattan, requesting it served up with cherries. It ended up coming served with olives, which is an oddity we've only come across in Wisconsin. He decided to give it a whirl (rather than sending back) and I had a sip as well. The brussels sprouts were steamed, which isn't my favorite method for cooking sprouts (would have much prefered oven roasted or sauteed). That said, they tasted fresh. My dining companion ordered their Wisconsin Jambalaya, which was an interesting mix of bratwurst, chicken, shrimp, and rice covered in a spicy wisconsin cheese sauce. The sides were all right - I wish there was more than just butter and sour cream as options for the potato, and the broccoli was a bit overcooked. But overall, the prime rib special was a very solid option - and unless you're a big eater like me, expect lots of leftovers!
