The exam was thorough and extremely comfortable. I found the wait times to be longer than I'd like. I believe this is partially because they are understaffed. The receptionist is also the nurse/phlebotomist. She did an impeccable job drawing my blood. The only reason I'm not going back to Dr. Plettig is that she doesn't speak a word of English. She's very patient if your German is passable.
