I can't say enough good things about working with Marmon & Co. Solutions. From day one, they made…read moreeverything feel simple--even though I had no clue where to start with my website or marketing. Sonny took the time to actually understand my business, not just sell me a service. They built me a clean, professional site that I'm proud to send people to, and the automation they set up has been a total game-changer. I used to spend hours following up with leads manually--now it's all handled in the background. I've gotten more calls and bookings in the last two weeks than I did all last month. Super responsive, easy to work with, and they actually deliver. Highly recommend Marmon & Co. if you're a small business owner who wants to grow without burning out.

Review of the PPC services from DWS. (I have not used any of their other services)…read more One of my business clients is in the Twin Cities area and had a bad experience with PPC. The person they used to use was spending $300/month in AdWords, and brought in on average $180 worth of business. I manage this account from out of state so I needed to find someone local that I could trust who would be able to bring them in a positive ROI who is familiar with the local market. I actually found Sam in a business focused Facebook group that came recommended from someone else who had used him before. I'd already interviewed 4 other PPC guys/gals up to this point, so had a skillset baseline I was looking for. We spent some time with Q&A and a Skype call where he laid out a plan of action. He was able to explain why the previous campaigns weren't working and 2 basic tweaks that needed to be made. Also proof of previous results, not just some theory. We went in on a trial basis of $200/month. We've only had the campaign running for just over one month, and the revenue is about $320. While it's not a big up front ROI, each customer has a strong LTV, so we're looking at the long-term picture. So far so good. I'll update this review should things change. Tip: make sure you know how PPC works and if your industry is even a good candidate for PPC. If you arm yourself with some solid questions ahead of time, you'll be better prepared to sort out the theorists from the ones that know what they're doing.

I think they may have had four employees at the time. I have never regretted my decision. Though I have moved on to other business interests, the original site they designed is still up, perfectly functional and still looks great. It certainly doesn't look like it was designed and launched SIXTEEN YEARS AGO! Today I needed some help with a minor site edit that I was unable to figure out myself. I called Plaudit and it was corrected within 10 minutes. Bravo Plaudit! Great product. Great customer service.

They treat people with dignity, worth and respect. It's rare these days in my opinion that a company favors people over profits and steps up to support business owners in hard times by offering options that start taking steps in the right direction. As an employee I can vow that we are treated with respect and encouraged to treat everyone with the same. Everyone has a story, life and family that matters. It's not rare to be thanked by our merchants, borrowers and co-workers for committing our actions to help the situation supporting the positive outcomes and taking opportunities to improve ourselves and the lives of others in the bigger picture. As a company the owner, leaders and the staff as a whole are empowered to not forget that we pride ourselves in treating merchants, customers and coworkers with respect. People matter here. I would recommend working with this company.

I recently hired Media Junction to do a website redesign for my IT firm in Los Angeles. They are…read morethe 6th website design firm I've used (the 3rd with Hubspot) and they were by far the best. The biggest issues I've had with designers in the past, whether digital or print, is the communication and commitment to time frames. I've actually come to expect a bit of awkwardness and poor work ethic from designers. If you've worked with designers before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The primary designers for my project, Nissa and Ryan, were very quick to respond and even humored me on some ideas I had that were, well, not so good. BUT, they listened and tried them out anyway which was very nice of them to do. Their entire team, from sales to development, actually took an active part in the process which was pretty refreshing. Always available to answer questions and even knocked out a couple items outside of regular hours. I highly recommend Media Junction and will certainly be using them again for work on our site. Thanks guys!
