After reading many reviews on multiple platforms that the doctors here don't wear masks, I called and asked if I could have a doctor who wears a mask. The dude said "if want to believe that, go ahead, I can't help you" and promptly hung up on me. These people seem to be eager to lose business for the purpose of demonstrating that they don't believe in modern medical consensus. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. After I left this visit with the doctor, I was very disturbed. I went in because I had a soar throat. Once in the examination room with, the male nurse asked me to take my bra off and put a gown on. He left the room so I could do so. I am put off by this request but then I see a hand-made sign that says "take off underwear when wearing the gown". So I do. Dr.Blue enters the room without knocking, this doctor is NOT WEARING A MASK DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC. He asks me the same exact questions that the nurse asked me then he comes over to "check my lungs". The gown is open in back, Dr.Blue places the stethoscope but doesn't keep it in place for even half a breath. Then when it comes to my chest he goes above my breasts with the stethoscope, above the gown, not even for the full breaths. Then Dr.Blue says, "Okay, we have to get inside here." he starts to lift up my gown. Dr.Blue felt under each one of my breasts and left the stethoscope there for 3 breaths each. He gives me a diagnosis, hands me a bottle of pills - didn't tell me what they were or how much they costs, just told me to take 2 in the morning and 2 in evening. I have never entered a medical center for a soar throat before and left with a breast exam. You don't need to remove your bra to listen to your lungs or your heart. Dr.Blue is a pervert and puts his patience at severe risk by not wearing a mask. To add salt to the wound, I called 2 weeks later to get my test results, since they told me I would have them within 72 hours... I was greeted by the two rudest receptionists/nurses over the phone. One was an older woman who told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Another was an atrocious young man who told me that he didn't care about my test results and told me to never call back again. It took me three weeks and 5 phone calls with 4 different nurses/receptionists to get my test results - I was told I would have them in 3 days. read more

Had some pretty major back pain in July. Went to see Dr.Blue who told me it was sprained (even though there was clearly more pain that a 'sprain') -was prescribed a steroid and pain killers on this visit. This did not help and in fact, rapidly got much worse. Went back a few days later as things got worse - Dr Blue was in disbelief- and dismissive. Dr Blue asked if I wanted stronger pain pills - there was a large lump forming at the base of my spine and I didn't feel pain pills were a solution. Went for a third visit a few days after that (all three visits in same week and same doctor) as pain was tremendous and completely out of control, huge and hot ball at the base of my spine. On this third visit the doctor acknowledged it was more than a "sprain" and finally acknowledged my pain level. He called another Dr. at another location to help me - I'll add that he complained about the 'idiots' at this other Doctors front desk. I was rushed into surgery that same day - Anesthesia, Overnight stay on IV's, large hole carved into my lower spine area. Weeks off of work, months of painful recovering and "packing" the wound. It was a pilonidal cyst - very common and easy to diagnose. The steroids that Dr. Blue prescribed me on the first visit are what inflamed and CAUSED the internal cyst to abscess forcing a terrible surgery and blood soaked sheets and clothes for weeks to follow. I am still feeling irritating pain and have an awful scar. All of this was completely preventable had DR Blue taken me seriously and not prescribed the wrong medications/diagnosis. I have huge hospital bills, lost wages and suffered months of agony. Deb, the office manager at this Emerg-A-Care location spoke with Dr. Blue and agreed to help pay my bills at Emerg-A-Care she just needed some more information from my insurance provider and sent me some highlighted sections of paperwork. The insurance company said they had all my info and did not know what Deb was talking about. I spoke to Deb again on 1/30/2017 and she says she never agreed to help with the bills and will not. Legal action is now being discussed with my attorneys Office. Be VERY VERY cautious of trusting your health to this place and this doctor. Be very cautious of Deb the office manager, who will not keep her word. read more

This place is a joke. First off, you're greeted by a very rude front desk receptionist. ...then you take in the "airplane-mechanic-looking-office" surroundings. It certainly doesn't make you think you're going to be successfully treated for any ailment, unless of course you've broken your prop. read more

I'm writing this because I am really confused by the one star review. I've been to Emerg+A+Care several times and have always had a very positive experience. Last year I went to them to get stitches and a vasectomy. Other than the obvious discomfort of both procedures the staff and particularly the doctor made me feel welcome and in safe hands. I'd happily go back (well, as happy as one can be when needing medical treatment.) read more

My visit here was on the top of the list of worst visits anywhere seeking medical treatment. I came in with a burn covering my forearm and wasn't seen until an hour later, the doctor was very rough with my burn. Very unorganized, didn't use sterile technique. read more

We were just traveling through town but knew we wanted someone to check out my husband's deep cough to ensure it wasn't pneumonia. The clinic was quick to take a walk-in and he was able to walk out less than half an hour later with antibiotics. Thank you so much! read more

We got fabulous caring treatment from this facility and Dr. Brent Blue. Passing thriugh town, had a medical issue arise that couldn't wait. Very pleasantly surprised with how my husband's condition was treated as well as the support and encouragement for me. read more

Sounds like the previous reviewer broke a prop. A little childish to base your review on the office decoration. The doc is big on aviation/aviation medical supplies. Duh. read more
