Weather and some venue issues meant that we had to give Nate some last minute changes, and he just rolled with the punches. Nate was by far our least problematic vendor and actively helped us out when our other vendors messed up. Our food got delayed, which pushed dinner back. My wife and I didn't have any ideas on how to fill the time because everyone was already seated for dinner when we got the news. Nate came up to us and suggested we play "the Shoe Game" which he already had prepared. It was a massive hit and I had multiple people come up to me afterwords and tell us that they are going to do it at their wedding! Nate also crushed it with the music on the dance floor. I gave him a playlist to work off, and he made it way better. The transitions were smooth and he played exactly the music we were looking for. He did a great job with requests too. At the end of the night, I remembered a song I wanted to listen to, but we only had time for the final song. Nate managed to play basically the entire last song and still stuck in the song that I had requested at the very end. It was such an awesome way to end the night! TLDR; Book Nate!! Hugh touched base the week of the wedding and we went over all the details in the form. I made most of my own playlists and had specific artists I wanted to hear, and Hugh delivered on all of it. The ceremony music played without a hitch, the cocktail hour/dinner music was exactly me and my husband's taste, and he played songs from my playlist for dancing without straying from what I chose. Everyone at our wedding was dancing and having a great time. On top of all of it, Hugh was great at communicating with the other vendors to make sure everything went according to plan. They were "Fabulous" Tamara and her Team were quick, Professional, Courteous and well organized like a Well Oiled "Machine" putting everything together like I"d pictured it!!!! Amazing. ...From start to finish and when everything was over and time to clean up. It was done with the same since of urgency as with the Setup and floors damp moped and vacuumed. I would not recommend using this company to anyone looking for set up and tear down for their…read morewedding or other events. We used her for our wedding at the Rosehill Community Center. Communication with the owner of the company was terrible before the event, she didn't show up for meetings with zero communication that something was going on, and when I did have a question about anything it took her a week or more to respond back to emails. Before the wedding we agreed on having a change over occur from the ceremony set up a to the reception set up during cocktail hour, which started at 5:30. She said it would only take about 20 minutes and when it went a little longer she tried to take her crew and leave before the reception setup was complete at 6pm. Which would leave my bridal party to do the job instead of the person I was paying to complete it. Another thing was the servers she brought in for the night. We paid for 2 servers at $30 an hour to prep the food, bus tables, scrape the dishes, and do a complete clean up at the end of the night. The servers were terrible. My bridal party set up all of the food, they didn't even unwrap the catering dishes (we just used a restaurant for food) when my husband and I went to get our food first in front of everyone, and beverages were constantly out when they should have been there to refill things. My guests kept asking us who was in charge of it because it happened multiple times. As far as I know the end of the night was fine (which is the only reason why I would give them 2 stars) but this company was so unprofessional and the last thing I should have been worrying about on my wedding day.
