Had nothing but great experiences at Surterra FWB. Michael is always friendly and helpful…read more Pro: they are wayyyyy faster processing you in (even without a pre-order) than Truleive Destin. Con: they aren't taking credit cards so you'll either have to take cash out at a machine of your choosing (they have a machine but expect a 4 service charge) or you must use the CanPay app. Unfortunately using can pay you'll have to set it up, which takes 3-5 days to validate your account, so don't plan to use it if you haven't set it up and verified deposits) The con really isn't a big deal for me. I prefer their oil over Truleive, so it's no big deal.

I usually love going. Usually every one remembers me by name and it's always a pleasure to go in…read more There must be new management because I went in Friday and was treated terribly. She said she was the store manager. They have a policy to assist guests who ordered online first. I went in and only one person was behind the counter. There were two of us waiting It was not busy. Instead of helping those inline, they waited until people walked in and if they ordered online, they all went ahead of us. That's their policy, to help those that ordered online first. Finally, another guest asked if anyone else was working, she said, they are all in the back. When I questioned the policy, I was told that's their policy. I could have ordered online too, but chose to come in person. Why is the person that ordered online more important than the people who come in? The manager said I was being confrontational when I said that it kind of upset me that she kept calling people ahead of me that just walked in. Isn't my money as good as theirs? Plus, I took the time to come in, I could go anywhere, but I always loved going in and never treated so bad before. It honestly hurt my feelings because I didn't recognize anyone, and not the friendly experience as normal. And treated like a second class citizen. Hopefully management changes.

The prices seemed reasonable, maybe a tiny bit pricey, but not outrageous. The employee working was friendly and helpful. I found what I wanted almost immediately and have been extremely happy with it! Zero complaints! However, why not five stars, you ask? THE SMELL. It smelled so bad of cat piss that I actually asked the girl working if they had cats in the building... She said no (yikes) so I mentioned maybe burning a different incense! Gahhhhh it was nasty. But it's still a cool store and I'll still shop there.

I bought a vape from them and it was $75 and it burns through a coil in 3 days, and their liquid makes me cough so much like nothing else.... no matter how little it is.... it's poison. The label on the bottles don't have ingredients listed, and it says ingredients in formula or whatever is KNOWN TO CAUSE CANCER!!! Well then, I don't even know why I quit smoking! I'd give this place a 0 if I could. Go to the authentic place in Destin that sells the real Emerald Coast Vapor... the store owner there is super nice too. When I asked the store owner at Rollin ez if she was aware of the other same brand e-liquid, you wouldn't believe the attitude and defensiveness she had. She had the demeanor of someone about to get into a fist fight... no... I'm a decent and reasonable person, and I've never experienced business like that. I will not recommend this to anyone... they want what's in your wallet and want to run for the hills and call it a day. That's bad business.

The guy behind the counter wanted to argue with us about the VG count and then blew his breath at us when my husband said "man, I'm just here to buy some juice." He was very cocky and arrogant as if we had no idea what we are talking about. Almost treated us like we were children that didn't have a clue what vaping even was. I'm going to assumed that because we are not covered in the same crappy tattoos that he was covered in and that we didn't come rolling up on a skateboard that he figured we were jumping on some sort of bandwagon. This was extremely unprofessional on his behalf. I run my own business myself and would NEVER treat my clientele in that manner.
