She cleaned the home fine, but things quickly took a turn from there. Our main issue with Adrianna was the lack of communication and overall inconsistency of when she would show up to clean. Adrianna completely stopped responding to our communication after a specific cleaning. One of the carpets had makeup smeared into it, and Adrianna cleaned it and said she usually charges extra, but didn't want us to foot the bill. However, if this was her gripe, she could've easily communicated that to us and we would have compensated her fairly, as we always did. We were unable to determine why communication stopped. We arranged to have some minor errands done for us, which we paid Adrianna for but were never completed. A large box of linens and pillows was removed from the property by Adrianna, who stated they were "unusable." Despite multiple requests, these items have not been returned. She never showed up for her final clean and we had to find someone last minute to continue operations, which caused us a lot of undue stress and anxiety. Adrianna's phone was also often turned off, the battery was dead, or she claimed that certain texts or images never came through. Because we can no longer get in touch with her, despite repeated attempts, we are currently taking action to recoup the lost inventory that she removed from our home. We fully agree with the other low rating she has received and were very disappointed by our experience with Adrianna's Cleaning Services. We do not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable cleaning services as we feel she was not the person she said she was. While we understand that accidents happen, Adrianna cleaned out her mop in the kitchen sink and a day later, the guest messaged us saying the sink was completely clogged. We ended up having to call an emergency handyman, and he found a small piece of plastic. The guest left us a low rating, which has hurt our business. Overall, Adrianna over-promised and under-delivered. We really expected more from someone who claimed to take so much pride in her work and was a "3rd generation cleaner." The cleaners did not show up with professional cleaning supplies and they're equipment was dirty, the mop head was beyond needing to be changed out and they needed a new broom. One of the cleaners kept telling the other cleaners that she was missing spots to clean or that she needed to go back over things so at first I was happy that it seemed like one of them was checking the work and I assumed that meant nothing would be missed. I was wrong again. Before they left they told us they were mopping their way out the door and then they'd be gone, before she walked away I made sure to ask if they had cleaned under the stove and the couch like I had asked and she said that they did. I was stuck waiting for the floors to dry in the back bedroom and as soon as they were dry I went to check the work in the front rooms. At first glance it looked nice but then I noticed that the outside of my fridge was still dirty, I still felt sand on my hard floors walking through barefoot, spots that had not been mopped, floor boards weren't cleaned at all, blinds were not dusted, window tracks still had sand in them, furniture in the living room not dusted. I immediately called the company and told them I was not happy with the cleaning especially a $150 cleaning. For that price my house should of been spotless, I shouldn't of had to call them back over and I didn't think that I needed to stand over their shoulders to make sure they didn't miss anything. ONE of the cleaners came back over and I showed him what was missed and he went back over those areas but tried to leave without sweeping and mopping. He said he didn't think it needed it because he spot cleaned the areas that were missed but I politely asked him to do it since it was definitely still sandy and it's not a very big floor. I am grateful that they sent the cleaners back over but that should never have needed to happen in the first place. After the cleaner left again I noticed that it didn't look like the stove had been moved but I didn't think to check it before because I specifically asked if it had been done and the woman had said yes. I moved the stove to find it very dirty and hadn't been cleaned at all, so then I check under the couch where they claimed to have cleaned under that too and it wasn't clean under there either. Not only did the cleaners do a poor job but they lied right to my face!! I paid $150 to have the cleaners not do a good job, lie to my face, come back a second time and still miss stuff and ended up having to clean up after them.

Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional Owner and Poor Quality Service…read more We recently purchased a vacation home in Yucca Valley and, for convenience, decided to continue using Val Verde Cleaning--the same company the previous owners had used. In hindsight, this was a mistake. The former owners lived out of state, and it's now clear Val Verde took full advantage of their absence, delivering subpar service without any accountability. From the beginning, we encountered multiple issues: dirty Nespresso pods left in the machine, spoon left in the garbage disposal, full trash bins behind the house, and uncleaned spa debris. These are all basic tasks that should be part of any standard turnover clean, yet they were neglected. We gave Maria, the owner, the benefit of the doubt and even communicated our concerns directly. She then insisted we needed a deep cleaning and window washing--despite the fact CSV official partner agreement states a deep clean is needed every 6 to 8 months when approved by the owner when we had only been there for less than 3 weeks and we had just completed a major deep clean ourselves. When we checked the cameras it was apparent that Maria herself had not been to house prior to demanding a deep clean and window washing. When we declined additional, unnecessary services, Maria abruptly dropped us as clients, giving us only one day's notice. After their "final" clean, we visited the home and were disappointed at the state it was left in. Dog hair was everywhere--on the bedding, curtains, couch, and even underneath the sheets. It was clear the bed hadn't been properly stripped or cleaned. We spent hours cleaning up after their so-called "professional" service. Despite ending cleaning services, we reluctantly agreed to continue their spa services since we were new to the area and still figuring things out. Our jacuzzi was having trouble maintaining temperature, and we expressed concern. Maria claimed she would test the spa levels and followed up with photos showing both pH and alkalinity were high. But when we inquired further about dirty headrests and low water levels, her response was dismissive, defensive, and passive-aggressive--telling us to find someone else if we weren't happy. No apology. No professionalism. While some of the cleaning staff were kind and tried their best, the company is only as good as its leadership. Maria's communication style is completely unprofessional and lacking in customer service. As business owners ourselves, we are appalled at the way she handles client concerns. This company may be a fit for absentee owners who don't check in on their property--but if you care about cleanliness, attention to detail, or basic respect as a paying client, look elsewhere. We do not recommend Val Verde and would caution anyone considering them to think twice. Adding an update since I cannot reply to the owners reply. You dropped us because we did not agree to deep cleaning and window cleaning with you, I have the texts. And calling someone difficult to work with because they are holding your company accountable for the basic cleaning standards is a reach. Best of luck.
