I had a student that went to this small company, and picked up an item that she needed for class. (…read moreThe item is still in the box never touched). She calls and ask for them to take it back since it was upcharge 50 dollars plus it was never opened. The owner even made the comment they have to upcharge because they are a small business. And due to Covid she can not get a refund but she can get store credit. 1st off, if you plan to give someone store credit you are taking the item back. 2nd why not just refund the item since either way you are taking it back. Everyone be careful with this place make sure you know the refund policy and how much an item is before you purchase from here. Greed behind a dollar is something that Karma will get you for. Just a teacher that has had enough of people taking advantage of someone.

He got right to the issue and had a solution for me within a week with very reasonable price(in comparison to Zales who was almost 3 times as much). It's so nice to have found a local jeweler who I can trust to do the work I need done well and not break the bank while doing it!
