OJO!!!

This is a SCAM! The Rubric changes are absurd and nearly impossible to upkeep. The fact that exam…read morewith no study material and prep time can hinder your class grade by so much is insane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS! You can do so well throughout the semester and one proctored exam can tank your whole grade that was hard enough to get on its own. I'm honestly lost for words at this point in the amount of time and money spent trying to attend and succeed in this school. 0/10, if I could put no stars I would out of pure disbelief of this school and it's practices.

Do not send your kids there they will learn nothing. The worst. Poor management and employees come…read moreand go.

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE!…read more After being with them for 8 years and 3 children and dealing with them with an infestation issue and unknown bite marks from some type of bug in their facility, that they do not clean in anyway by the way, I laid that issue to rest due to my boys love being there and loving their teacher. However, on 01/16, I picked up my 2 year old and went home, just to find him SOAKED in poop that was caked up on his inner thigh and pants and looked like he was sitting in for HOURS. my son had a rash on his butt from how long the dirty diaper was on him that was burning him and causing him to not be able to sleep. I immediately sent an email letting them know I needed answers with the pictures. This morning, i called them and told them, i would be there at 9 am to find out what happened to my son. Because i made a police report, officers had already told me to contact them so they could be on standby. Upon getting there, ya'll know, they tried to tell me I could not come in, and they would call me to tell me what happened why my son had on a diaper like that. I immediately told Samantha I'm not leaving until I had answers as my kids would not be returning after today, and they were told my expectations upon arrival. Samantha tried to gas light and not once was sympathetic to the situation of my son and then tried to play the VICTIM as if I was a threat to kids in the school and my own son trying to say "oh my gosh, Josiah are you ok?!" When I pulled him back from going any further into their facility. They were more concerned about their safety as grown individuals than they were about my son when he was in their care! Several parents have withdrawn their kids from this facility over the same thing! They are unprofessional, lying unsympathetic people! I have made a police report and got a department of children and families involved and will be taking legal action for the neglect and child abuse of this place with my son!! If I had the option to post the pictures of the disgrace of how my child was given to me, I would! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM

Is it reasonable to officially display a price of $10 per adult and $5 per child, but upon arrival…read morebe charged $20 per adult and $10 per child with no explanation, when the prices are published on an official government website? It can feel misleading or confusing for visitors. Public pool? Technically, it is a public facility, but in practice it does not always feel that way. For residents, the fee is $10 per adult and $5 per child, while for non-residents it is $20 per adult and $10 per child. This is already on the higher end of what is traditionally expected from a municipal pool. In addition, the city website is not always updated with the most current pricing. Olympic pool? Yes, in terms of structure and size, but it does not include a diving area, so it is limited in that sense. Heated water? That statement can be misleading depending on the season, as the water is not consistently heated year-round. We are in April, and the water feels extremely cold, almost like "ice water." I have been coming here for several years, and this is the first time we have felt that some younger staff members are interacting with children in a more strict or tense manner; this was not the case before. There are also private hotel pools and small water parks that charge around $15-$20, and many times they feel more relaxed and accessible. This raises a valid question about value and accessibility in comparison. It also gives the impression that there is a gradual shift toward prioritizing residents (despite significant price increases for them as well) or increasing overall costs, which raises concerns about long-term accessibility for non-residents. At the same time, these facilities are publicly funded through taxpayer money, including contributions from Miami-Dade County, and entry fees are intended to help cover operational and maintenance costs. Overall, this is a matter of balance: public infrastructure is supported by taxpayers, but users also expect fair pricing, transparency, and a clear value in return. I hope these facilities do not evolve into spaces that feel similar to private venues, as that could create an unfair competitive disadvantage for private businesses in the same category.
