The item that eventually arrived was absolutely enormous, so I asked if I could exchange (per their policy) for a smaller size. They said that they couldn't exchange but that I would have to return and place an order for the size I'm after. Having checked aussie post tracking, they've had the returned item for a week but they're telling me that they don't have it and that once they find it, it will take at least four weeks to give me a refund. Seriously? I won't be ordering anything from them again because you can't trust the sizing, you can't trust them to deliver on time, you can't trust them to acknowledge receipt of a returned item and you can't trust them to refund your money.

The repair on the shirt was misaligned and came undone after just one wash. When I took it back for correction I was told that it was: "not good material to start with"; "as good as you are going to get anywhere". Initially, the repair was going to be corrected but when assurances couldn't be given that it was going to last more than one wash, the repair was refused. I was given back half of what I paid for the repair and virtually told that I was lying about what I was charged. Like I stated earlier; get a receipt with exact instructions.
