I do not feel this attorney seemed committed to fighting for my interests, especially not challenging erroneous/misleading statements by my ex-wife, for which I had hard evidence to refute. I believe he failed to present crucial evidence in court, and failed to cross examine the Guardian ad Litem, who had information that was critical and would have affected the outcome. Ultimately, I did not secure a fair custody arrangement for my children. Throughout the entire divorce process drawn out over 2 years, I felt frustrated and disregarded despite paying truly exorbitant legal fees.

Mr. Good charged us $4,000.00 and hardly defended him in court. We were told by Mr. Good that he would work to make a deal to avoid a felony and incarceration. Instead, he conceded completely to the prosecutor, who he appeared friendly with, and offered 0 defense in court. Now that my partner's is in jail, he has been trying to reach Mr. Good to get a work release order from his judge. Mr. Good refuses to provide any assistance, and his staff couldn't even tell us who his client's judge is. Mr. Good did not know who the judge was in a case that he charged $4,000.00 to defend someone in. We'll be filing a complaint with the VSB once my partner is released.
