Came across an issue could no longer ignore and looked up dentists in the area, made an appointment for the next day. Was amazed how simple and easy they made the insurance. In 6 + years with company hadn't used insurance. Work remote, travel construction away from the corporate office and HR. Looked up my benefits on our system, printed off a screen shot of what it showed for me. Took this into my appointment. The lady at the front desk took the screen shot I printed off and said "i'll fill all this out for you. Go ahead and take a seat." Less than 10 minutes later I was getting Xrays. They really made me feel at ease. From going over the Xrays and explaining my options and outcomes of each. Was quick and painless. Were really friendly and there to answer any questions. When done left me with a prescription to avoid infection. And instructions on what I should do to ensure the best recovery. Went over in detail what I should do to ensure recovery. Let me know if had any issues after I leave, or questions, or concerns, to call or stop back in. Although I just happend to have stopped in as was working in the area. The roots of the teeth in his lower jaw had grown quite long and extended down very close to the mandibular nerve. I'm not ashamed to say I was nervous while waiting for him to come out of surgery. But I am happy to say, Dr Miller did an Outstanding Job! He graciously took his time and knowledge to thoroughly inform us of the procedure. We opted to have the Exparel pain relief administered as part of the procedure and are Very glad we did.
