The staff was great and the tech played on the floor with my son before his exam. The Dentist herself was wonderful and spent plenty of time talking to me. At first I was undecided about the fact they go back on their own, but it has actually helped them have self assurance and do much better for their appointments and they can offer laughing gas to help which other offices cannot to pediatric patients. our youngest started here before he was 3, so I was with him and now he's been going back on his own for a few years. I've never had any issues with any staff being belittling or rude. Everyone has always been kind and professional. They always give an estimate of charges before insurance. I've never felt pushed into anything. My middle son has had some minor dental decay from when he was on the bottle and they've just been keeping an eye on it since it has never grown. Now once did they make me feel pushed to make any specific decision. We also love Dr. JB, he is great with my boys!
