The dentist I saw told me that it will most likely abscess if I don't get a root canal. Looking at the x-rays though, I did not really see any glaring problem with my tooth...nor could the dentist point anything out that was obvious. I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Gries is extremely knowledgable, compassionate, and passionate about his work. I received one needle in my scalp and now, 3 days later, I have no nerve sensitivity in my tooth. I am so grateful! I cannot recommend Dr. Gries enough. He is highly professional, a great listener and just a genuine person.

The location has private parking in a safe environment. Once you enter the building, you are sure to be greeted either by Brandi herself (who will, more than likely, greet you by name), your massage therapist (same), or both! Such a warming and professional environment. Upon entering you're Peace begins with a soothing, sensory opening, essential oil scented warm towel to use on your face, neck, arms, hands, whatever you'd like. I personally lay it over my face like a picnic blanket and take slow, deep breaths before wiping my face and neck. Now, your journey is ready to begin. Moment of Peace has a quiet interior. The individual rooms (where the magic happens) are dimly lit, creating a calm, relaxing environment. Upon selecting your therapist online, by phone, or in-person, you will also have add-on options. I use this option for one of their specialized massage oils. Your specialized massage therapist will close the door, and the two of you will begin communicating, getting to know why you joined them on that day. They really listen and pay a great deal of attention to you. Once you've expressed yourself and they grasp a concensus of how to bring you peace and address your concerns, they give you time to undress and lay under the sheet & blanket on the table before knocking and rejoining you. I will stop here because from here, your own story begins. Moment of Peace will continue to be my sanctuary, and I can not say thank you enough to the kind, wonderful souls that I have had the pleasure of meeting here.

Muneerah is a miracle worker…read more I'd only had one professional hour-long massage before coming to Raleigh Bodywork, and it honestly didn't hold a candle to what I've experienced here. I mentioned that I had deep tension in my shoulders and upper back, and after just my first session with Muneerah I honestly felt inches taller. Now having seen her a few times, I can stand up straighter, I have less pain at the end of the day, and I can't sing her praises enough. The price (~$70) is well worth what you get. This is legit therapy. Set an appointment today - your body will thank you.
