Overall, this place is kind of what you expect from an AQ motel. The positives are that it's very clean, comfortable bed, decent towels, and the night clerk, Beth. Beth is very positive, comical, and service oriented. Now on to the reason for the 1 star review. There is no breakfast nor any coffee in the lobby. A little unusual these days but doable. My wife needs her coffee in the morning. The drip maker in the room came with an envelope of regular and one decaf. The regular envelope was large enough to make 12 cups but no carafe to put in in, only a single cup. So my wife makes the decaf which produces only a half cup serving. She gets dressed and goes up to the lobby , expecting to meet another version of delightful Beth. Instead she runs into Evil Incarnate who is jabbering on the phone in a a non-English language and refuses to get off the phone. In response to "What you want", my wife explained her coffee dilemma. The woman continues her phone conversation and gives her another large bag of reg coffee. My wife explains that it's too big. The woman gives her another large bag of coffee. My wife explains that it's another large bag of coffee. The woman raises her voice and says, "What do you want!?". My wife explains again, the woman glares at her and then goes to a chamber maids cart and gives her 2 bags of decaf. My wife shrugged, gave up, and came back to our room. We will be leaving shortly, looking for a place to buy coffee. read more
