The attentive staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can get lost in all of the amazing smells of this beautiful store. The packaging, merchandizing and layout of the products are amazing. It evokes a luxurious feel within the walls of Urthy Scents. Normally, I'm sensitive to fragrances and smelling multiple bottles can oftentimes trigger a migraine when I visit competing stores, but here my nose stays neutral, and I blissfully smell away. The products, such as the reed diffusers, make lovely hostess gifts and you can feel confident you're buying a quality product. My diffuser is over five months old and nearly empty, but I'm impressed with its longevity and last week ran down to the store and bought the "Gypsy Water" replacement again so I wouldn't run out. Visitors to my home have commented that my house smells incredible. I absolutely adore this fragrance and it reminds me of Baccarat Rouge fragrance. Urthy Scent's limited-edition season line is also nice for the holidays, and I've already purchased some and given them out to get people in the spirit of the holiday season. When I approached the counter, the cashier appeared annoyed and asked for my phone number without explanation. When she pulled up the account, she rudely asked why there were two names listed. I explained that both names belong to my household (mine and my husband's), at which point she became visibly flustered and dismissive. She then called over another cashier to take over the transaction. While the second cashier attempted to help, the process took an unreasonably long time. I ultimately had to hand over the physical receipt to finally resolve the issue and leave. I am very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism I experienced today.
