I purchased my first home approximately 8 years ago. . .and had my carpet shampooed too many times to count. I then decided to replace the carpet with a different type of flooring. I spoke with Tony, who was sooooooooooooo helpful and followed up with me during the entire process, from beginning to end! My 6-year old daughter and I are absolutely in LOVE with our new flooring. The morning after the flooring was completed, she came downstairs and said, "Mommy, I just love our floors." This new flooring has made me fall in love with my home all over again. I am one happy customer and it's pretty difficult to please me! Tony, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been instrumental and understanding throughout the challenging process of deciding which type of flooring to choose and assisting me with color schemes. I'll definitely be back - and I've already started referring others!!!

He walked me through every flooring option relevant to what my husband and I were looking for to replace all the carpet with in our new home and even provided on the spot ballpark estimates and encouraged me to take flooring samples, which I did! As soon as we made our final selections he moved quickly to ensure the new flooring could be completely installed before moving any of our stuff in. The installation team, led by Alejandro, did a tremendous job that completely transformed what was already our dream home! Honestly the floors are stunning. And with 2 large and rowdy dogs and a toddler, the floors have proven near indestructible and a breeze to clean and maintain. Can't wait to work with this company again in the future! Thanks again guys!

I could not recommend them more highly. We had a bit of a tricky install because we were adding on to existing wood floors. The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. On top of all that, they were courteous, hard working, trustworthy, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Review #1 From the start, Colby at Flooring Warehouse was responsive, helpful, communicative, and professional. He made the experience of replacing all the old, dated flooring in our 1970s townhouse seamless and painless. The end result is a mix of tile and hardwood and looks fantastic!

My house is very clean so that's not it. - Backsplash - didn't seal grout, didn't finish edges, didn't use waterproof seal at joint. Grout is cracking. The follow through and neatness of the job was the big upset for me. I waited a month before writing my review and I find something each week that was not finished well on top of the many things I pointed out while they were still on site. Overall the job was okay, for the amount paid, I went with them because of the reviews and the price. You get what you pay for. Note: A lot of the google/ yelp reviews are written by family.
